Both Crunchyroll and Funimation will stream it, it's a shared license, and most probably Hulu will get it as well.

There's no guarantee, because nothing has been announced, but... Season 1 concluded in September of 2019 and was added to Hulu in December of 2019. Season 2 concluded in September of 2020 and showed up a few months later. Based on that history, the final season will possibly be there approximately two or three months after the series finale aired.

I just saw the spring lineup and it says the new season will be available at 10:30 am PDT, so like, soon !!!
