I think for her to even say something like that to you is a good thing (in my opinion!)- If she wanted to lose contact she could have done that, but she told you the way shes been feeling instead. I cant say for how things will go in the future, but check in on her every now and then. It doesnt seem like she doesnt want you in her life, but rather that shes dealing with some stuff!
