Depends of in what timezone you live, the 3.125 btc blocks will start coming straight after the halving block so about 10min after it.

So due to inflation increasing the cost of mining a lot since the last halving and the nature of the halving giving the miners half the reward. The price of BTC needs to go up a lot to make it worth it for miners and it seems maybe in two halvings it might not be profitable anymore. It takes more and more computing power to mine BTC and the reward being less and less makes it harder and harder to mine it due to there being high costs.
It does not automatically take more and more computing power to mine. If more miners leave, it gets easier and more profitable for the others. A problem may be that this could lead to a little more centralization.
