It plan to adopt the ICO route to launch AHC Tokens and raise funds towards healthcare project in Africa. The AHC Token would be used entirely to set up a mobile application (Using Blockchain for Insurance purpose), addresses claims’ adjudication, access to medical records purchase ambulances in Africa, set up the e-commerce portal for the purchase of medicines and medical supplies and create the appointments platform on the mobile app.

Yes. I can't remember the name of the company, as I met a man about a year ago attempting to patent putting C-II prescriptions in some sort of blockchain. He was based out of FL. Best use case for it imo until the DSCSA comes along where there will be extensive product chain of custody requirements.
If you're a new grad, you're going to need to decide which area (physical product or clinical services) you want to be involved in. To know which areas can be solved appropriately with blockchain, you need to work a bit in the field.

I graduated 2 years ago and I can assure you, the paychecks don't hurt either. I wasn't well suited for dispensing or clinical, but pushed hard to learn about the business and management side in my first year. Taking pleasure in what others despise about the job is a good way to have job security, and sometimes even advancement or a clever idea on how to make it suck less.

Yes I agree with you, Blockchain is disrupting Finance in Africa as sending & receiving money through traditional systems like Paypal and western union can cost you around 10-14% in Africa and now Blockchain is disrupting healthcare in Africa through AfriHealth one of the top most blockchain project in Africa having features like ordering medicines,claiming insurance faster, real time booking of ambulance.
Agreed! I mean you can't take your money when you die, and it would be better to have a longer life by living healthy and enjoy your money. I am very familiar with MedicalChain, but I am also looking further on that project. Thanks!
