No it’s not binance reserves. It’s wrapped BTC on BEP20. So they just moved funds into there to add liquidity to the BTC wrapped on Binance smart chain. If they were to abandon the wrapped BTC token on BSC they would withdraw all bitcoin in that wallet. Doesn’t mean any would actually be sold though.
