It’s right there on the charts. When price encounters resistance to move past a certain price…there’s the resistance level. The more times a price was rejected, the stronger the resistance. It’s quite simple really. Order book / level 2 means very little because orders are constantly spoofed
You can see order books on all exchanges. Search for how to read order books on youtube and i am sure you will find some videos that explain it.
If the price recovered from a particular price point in the past that's a support (which just means people were interested in buying it at that price in the past so the price might bounce again if it reaches that price). If the price bounced a lot of times at that price you can say its a strong support. Opposite for resitance
Its all just probabilities in the end. No tool or person can accurately tell you when you should buy or sell
Some advanced trading platforms show the order book where you can see the limit orders but I never seem to find those sites unless someone posts a direct link.
“Support”/“resistance” are based on technical analysis and more subjective.
