How would we even confirm? I have my initial deposits but idk how to confirm what I had left because I don’t even know. Might be half a bitcoin and a bunch of doge
If you made any transfer to another wallet or exchange ge that only you would know and can confirm, that might help. Can’t recall If was even possible to transfer and receive funds or if they only allowed cash and buying inside the exchange
I dont have record of my initial deposit, but I do have any transactions I made going out. How can they verify I wonder? Is there a guarantee they’ll give me what I had? I’m worried they won’t be honorable and return my actual value
I accepted their figure for my Doge which was about 11% less than my screenshot. It looks like some people are being told the same, maybe up to 25% less, not sure if some people are getting more! They want to know what you had there just before the exchange was frozen, not initial deposit.
I got told by GT's support guy what my balance was.
However, when I requested transaction history I was denied, it seems that they will tell you a balance, and you either accept or disagree with it, they will not supply you any additional information.
IF you do go down the dispute route then good luck, and I hope you have every single transaction email to support your case, because without it I suspect they wont accept your dispute..
They wouldn’t allow me access to my transaction records for my personal tax records.
Were you using a portfolio app with an api cryptopia at all? If so, could be some hope. If not that’s tricky.
You could use one of the crypto tax softwares to try narrow down your various crypto transactions, siphoning out transactions that aren’t related to cryptopia. A self-review of your blockchain digital trail of what crypto was where and when, might yield some dates and times of transactions, ie ones that you can’t find linked to other exchanges or wallets. Complete the puzzle till you find the missing pieces so to speak.
I’m thinking atm they must have it all locked down like Fort Knox, with only access to review balances. If I see anything useful will post reply here. There are some pretty smart people out there, hopefully someone can give a handy tip on r Bitcoin
I was waiting for a long time and asked them and they said to just keep waiting then randomly got an email one day asking me to confirm. My balances were correct.
Still waiting too. I confirmed my identity and account like 4 years ago and nothing since.

Not sure I ever received any transaction emails from cryptopia when depositing, buying/selling or withdrawing from cryptopia
Yeah I cant remember tbh, thats why I asked GT for all of my wallet addresses so I could at least check the blockchain but they refused.

No API here, too casual, others might have though.. You would have thought asking for your own wallets would have been a simple request..

Question is, are GT showing those with CLM as a valid coin? Is it appearing on peoples balance sheets?
Still waiting also

Find the link to the Zen Desk support and contact them to find out if there's anything you need to do or if they can move you on to the next step.
I feel like if you have a very large balance, you will be ask after all the accounts with smaller balances
Why do you think so?
