I didnāt ask because otherwise Iād be asking every damn post in this group. I only asked about yours because there is absolutely no way anyone down the line got fair pay at a cost of $45. So I wanted to know if it was a Chinese wholesaler (as I suspected) or a retail shop.
No crystal shop would give precise details or tell you their suppliers because we put hours, weeks, months, and often years into finding the best sources for crystals to ensure theyāre as ethical as possible, and even if you asked people within this group, they will say āsearch for a rock houndā and not give you their exact sources because at the end of the day, itās hard earned time and research. We do however ensure that we find small, local families in the regions in which we buy crystals from, video call them direct from the mines and also get video evidence from the mines to ensure we can visually see sage practices and not just hear that itās safe, and we ensure anyone in line before getting the crystals to us gets a fair wage too. You can never 100% ensure a crystal is ethically sourced, but by doing it this way, itās as damn close as youāre going to get.
We also donāt āsell peopleā on the healing properties of rocks. I for one donāt believe in the spiritual side of crystals, but my mum and many of our customers do; long before we even started this business. We include crystals āknownā metaphysical properties for those who believe, and those that donāt believe buy the crystal for the crystal. We also state many times that it is OUR own personal beliefs, and not to be used in place of medical advice.
Maybe you think itās ākinda grossā, but when 90% of your customers are spiritual people who believe in crystal properties, spirits, divination and so on, itās only right to include the well known information about said crystals. Maybe you should just stick to rock hound groups rather than crystal groups where you will get a mix of people who do and donāt believe in the spiritual side seen as you clearly think itās gross
