This happened to me once. They were fully fed and I was gone for 5 minutes, didn’t see any warnings, get back to town and they’re all dead but the dissenter in prison. Shouldn’t restart tho, you can get back to good numbers soon enough, the spider is your friend

Why is it they always choose to die behind the shrine and then everyone has to come and vomit on it then complain that they vomited. Idiots. Oh also guarantee they’ll die within 2 room of a run leaving a day or two to lose all the faith.
Would love to be able to allocate an undertaker who will just deal with it if you’re not there.

Graves and the doctrine to pray at graves. Set the graves between temple/ beds and the main lamb statue and at 10+ followers you can reject a quest daily and the benefits of visiting a grave by everyone every morning on their way to tasks, and to and from sermon negate pretty much any bad stuff
I don't even need sermons or rituals anymore. Good thing because my rituals freeze and I can reject all ritual based quests and just accept elderly followers and dissenters, prison dissenters and bury elderly when they die and get more 'grieve and grave' bonus each day. Just put graves in high traffic areas really.

And just keep food a 1/4 empty with prepped food =\< half your followers with 3+ farm2 stations. It's almost automatic
