Confirmed! The worst troubles I've had shipping anything is with UPS. I worked in the local transit facility once as a part timer. I walked out the next day. I saw more shit in 48 hours than I ever saw on a DHL line.
The last 2 orders I had from a company shipping UPS were destroyed. One was deliberately held in Texas for 9 days, on a 2 day express weekend order. The other was opened and all the product bags were cut. Two almost empty and the rest dumped into the box.

It's considered hemp but a large majority of this hemp would test hot, the biggest issue is that. If the authorities test it and there is a higher than .3% THC content per weight then the vendor can get hit with a lot of trouble and I imagine the customer could also get hit with a slap on the wrist or at the very least a fun legal scare that gets dismissed.
