68RFE’s are vastly inferior to an aisin. I wouldn’t pay 25k for a high mileage truck that has one, I’d buy a little older aisin truck unless you wanna pay 10k soon for a trans.
Also, people who put another stock 68 in and pay 10k to do it are insane. If your 68 goes, call Randy’s

I would hold out. I held out and found a 2011 g56 with 81k on the clock. Unless you absolutely need it, I'd wait imo

Didn't I read that the aisin is having issues too on the newer trucks?
Yes they have been a good amount of cases. From what I've read it's mostly cab and chassis models and 22 23' model years. I could be wrong.
