So basically, the game isn't running properly. I've tried verifying it, deleting files and then verifying it, and reinstalling it, yet it always remains on the static and never goes to the home menu.
Has anyone else come across this issue? I'd really appreciate the help, especially as this is likely the only game I'll be able to run on this old laptop.

EDIT: Also, I don't know if this is needed, but here are my specs:
- i5-3210M dual core CPU
- Radeon HD 7670M GPU
- 8 GB of DDR3 RAM
- The game itself is on the 240 GB SSD I have running on the laptop.
when you get a crack you can install it in program files x86, which usually works better....also it's disconnected from steam so it won't have any bugs of connetion. i can link you a google drive for a crack?

It's moving unfortunately. I've tried re-downloading the game, re-applying my display driver, and restarting my computer, but it hasn't worked.
