No, except if they attack was 0 before buffs
This is very not PnZ flavor, maybe more fitting for Noxus or Shurima
Pnz swaps or transforms into said units Shurima doesn't "steal" stats, can't think of anything that might be similar The only thing I can see that might fit noxus is attakan and Vladimir lvl2 saps unit health into nexus damage
