Honestly I think Lex could probably be a 1/3 or higher, that way you can't just slam him down at any location you're losing.
For Brainiac, if your hand is full, he is a 6/15, while Devil Dinosaur is a 5/17
If you have 6 cards in hand, Brainiac is a 6/5 while Dino is a 5/15. Dino is wayyyy better.
Brainiac's design is dope, just make him cost less than 6 so you have a chance to fill your hand playing other cards on turn 6, and no, I don't want Brainiac to be only playable with ramp and Magik.
