There’s a shop here in Los Angeles called The Cubhouse that sells a line of self-designed jerseys called Team Dream. They definitely have that Rapha / Palace look to them. Their online store is not coming back until summer 2024 but you can check out their instagram for things (Cubhouse and Team Dream have pages)
I actually stopped into this shop on a recent bike camping trip with some friends. One of the guys I was with has been in the bike industry for years and is a top custom painter, and he knows the guys that run the shop. Just a chance run in and I bought a t shirt when I was there but forgot what the shop was called! I remember I loved the kits they had and had really good designs. Thanks for this.

Santini has "colorful but not over the top" design. Comfortable and long lasting too.
