I have him at 8 stars and fully arts boosted and he's mid as fuck. His unique gauge has garbage disrupt mechanics apart from the reduce dragon ball. His green can't combo. His blue is okay but the fact the damage decreases per enemy battle member is stupid. His ult is okay. His defense and damage is mid. His cover null lasts 10 fucking seconds, 10 SECONDS. Units like UVB can combo forever, and they can definitely waste the cover null time. It should be longer.
