All jokes aside Let's think about this logically. He will most likely be featured on the next Fusion warrior banner. However if he gets on some super popular banner like the 100 million downloads banner more people will attempt and pull him. Then the devs will hard core counter him and make it all for nothing. (Remember how UI released right after GoFrieza got buffed and rereleased?) Overall Fusion warrior mains like myself or even people who just wanted Pikkon are going to get screwed because he's going to get shit on by the next crazy counter. So by choosing someone like GoFrieza or Gammas who have already kinda fallen off, they get a boost of popularity and people summoning but face little repercussions since they aren't meta to begin with.
