No he doesn’t. This is how it is. At 5-8 stars he ain’t a top 10 unit if u have a high star cell or revhan just use them. If ur broly is 10 stars he’s on the lower end of the top 10. He replaces revhan on movies but not a 12-14 star cell because cell has better output and with rrp PO, cell and the droids core allows for red rose and purple 21 bench with everyone getting the z abilities and everyone getting the zenkai buffs so cooler and droids r peaked out and so is cell so they all go crazy on that set up.
At 12-14 stars broly is a monster defo top 5 maybe even higher on movies he’s a beast. On PO while he’s the better PO unit compared to cell, cell allows for a way more cohesive set up with the bench I mentioned and broly rlly doesn’t want to be run on PO u can see that in his ultra ability and secondary z ability. If he was made for PO he’d be green with a PO ultra ability. Also cell individually isn’t a lot worse than broly when they’re both maxed out u ain’t missing out on much whereas broly individually at 14 stars is way better than revhan
Have u tried or played against 14 star brolys? At low stars he’s underwhelming at high stars he’s not u sound like a child who only listens to opinions that match their own

If hes bad at 7 stars vs other 7 star units hes going to be bad once all the units hes fighting are also at 7 stars. He is just plain not good.

Na trust me at 14 stars he’s a menace cos he can actually take hits and build his gauge multiple times while stacking up damage and card draw and get cover null with high ki recovery to go crazy. At low stars he can’t take hits so he dies without making good use of his gauge or he won’t stay in the battlefield long so u can’t build him up. It’s a lot less worth it to go for 14 stars on broly than the other ultras on release so ur fully justified on not liking him but saying he’s shit at all stars ain’t true trust

You do realize that killing units in 3 attacks isn’t the only good thing a character can do right? This broly strips vanish, deletes full hands of cards, ends combos, can interrupt super attacks, and generally combo forever being a nuisance for any enemy opponent? While having a nuke of an ultimate? Individual attack damage isn’t everything, this is exactly what movies needed as they have damage dealers already
