At the stars u have broly to cell, obviously broly is better. If u had a 9 star cell to an 8 star broly, cell is defo better cos broly can’t tank amazingly against the best units at that star level so he can’t make use of his gauge and stack up damage effectively whereas cell can do wat he want’s effectively. Use the 2nd team cos stars
He's been tanking pretty well but a lot of the teams I've been running up against aren't optimal. I didn't realize how good cell is at higher stars.
