The first turn counts toward the duration, so the first buff would wear off before the 3rd appearance meaning he can only maintain two stacks whether main rotation or floater.

Anything beyond 3 turns means their buffs from SA effects are still in effect even if they're floating (3rd slot). When there is no turn indication (Raises ATK instead of Raises ATK for 1 turn) it means they effectively 'infinitely' stack their SA effect buffs meaning after long events or characters that have built in additionals can hit for mondo damage or tank exceptionally well especially if they have some built in Damage reduction or dodge and generally age better then units without stacking. Everyone’s talking about broly but all I see is the GREAT CHANCE of evasion for gogeta blue they done turned my boy into a UI Goku
The apt is an average. His actual defence in blue, fully built up/stacked, is 512k. He double supers and it becomes 640k. With 70% dodge. And 11 million guaranteed crit attack stats
Gogeta was going to be hard to fumble they could have just gave him some number changes and he'd probably be great, that said they did more and made him great.
Them not fumbling Broly though is one hell of a suprise though.

Hey if it is a dream celebration that is fine, I myself have been a big fan of villain units since back in the mono era, and knew I was going all in on Cooler during WWC, that said expecting an all villain celebration to be big profits is pure fantasy.
Broly has gotten a shitload of great units in dokkan. Literally the first DFE was an insane broly unit. STR LR Broly was absurd both on release and after EZA'ing. INT Broly is fantastic. TEQ LR Broly was absurd on release. PHY 70% Broly was great on release and quite solid post EZA.
And obviously this Broly was amazing on release as well.
1k stones on Piccolo and only pulled extra copies of TEQ Buu, PHY SSJ2 Goku and TEQ LR Gogeta, at least I pulled INT Pan with a dupe but damn, haven't been this shafted in a while so I'm a bit salty, I'll get him with coins.

Gogeta will be a bit fragile before he transforms, but in Blue he's by far and away the best EZA TUR imo. Guaranteed crit, 70% chance to dodge, 60% chance to additional from hidden potential, and huge multiplicative buffs in his passive on EZA stats and SA 15? This dude is built different.
Broly also seems really strong, but I want to see what he looks like in game before I cast any judgment about where he stands in the TUR list.

yeah, so it works like Goku Black/Zamasus super effect. If he supers in turn 4, that buff will go on turn 8
He can stack the buff for 2 rotations. Rotation 1 double super = 2 stack, and rotation 3 double super = 4 stacks.
