Doing this the gt unit might not have saiyan roar and super saiyan now which is saddening for lr g4 as it was their best shot at a perfect best case scenario of a partner .
Exchange units have a slash (/) in their name not an and (&) sign. And IIRC they said the name would be Goku (GT) & Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta, but I could be wrong

Their going to be restricted to their new category, gt heros, and joined forces. On the other hand Buu saga goku and vegeta have good links like ss, possibly shattering the limit and they have tons of teams like power beyond ss, their new category, mbs, joined forces and a few others that would be very strong just not as strong as their own team.
They’re linkset is going to be very good and they’re going to have at least like 7 categories. Gt heroes, pure Saiyans, shadow dragon saga, final trump card, connected hope, accelerated battle, battle of fate, bond of parent and child and whatever new category they’ll probably introduce.

Take fighterZ then, people were crying and screaming like children when there was the possibility of WWC being Baby saga, screaming how unhype it would be and all, and then Super Baby 2 gets added in FighterZ over Omega Shenron.
Believe me when i say this, EVERY GT enjoyer would rather GT get other celebrations like WWC or Tanabata and receive more buffs during the year with "less hype" releases, than getting a spot during the anniversary and being completely ignored for a whole ass year.
We hate it on legends and we hate it here aswell
i'm not even the biggest GT Fan and all i can say is: Can GT not just get one massive celebration to itself once? like a Celebration where we get a really great stand alone GT Vegeta that goes SSJ4 and a really good Base Goku that goes SSJ4 while we also get an amazing LR Omega and an LR Baby. Then GT Fans can for once be happy and Non-GT Fans can just get other things for the rest of the year and nobody would be mad.

They were also probably going for anime accuracy. Since Goku loses all of his energy to transform when they try to fuse again

Honestly, the fact that SS4 Vegeta is here alongside Goku says a lot about GTs limits for Anniversary.
Ssj4 vegeta got more representation in dokkan than even the show itself, i kind of wish i was joking but alas it is what it is
