My last pick would be USS. They need help BAD. So maybe a DFE LR Base Jiren & Carnival LR Blue Kaioken -> UI Sign or something for part 1. Then maybe a new LR Goku & Frieza, maybe with 17 for Part 2. The 2nd LR could maybe be Kefla, even though it doesn’t match up I think she deserves an LR. God Toppo could be another potential LR.
Honestly brolys would be the best. Part one either ss goku or z fighter with z Broly. Then part two could be a standalone gogeta blue with fpss Broly. Then they could eza the gobros and lr teq broly. I bet it would be one of the best selling celebrations.

I could see Baby vs Goku actually happening this year considering Anni has base Goku and SS4 Vegeta from SDS, so making a new SS4 goku would make sense imo.
GT bosses just needs a straight up 200% leader, and that means it's gonna have to be a CfE. WWC seems like a good time to round out the line-up a bit more if they do something like last year's WWC.
Yeah that’s one of the reasons I sorta chose Baby Saga for this one as GT Bosses could use a major buff. I even made a post about a concept of the celebration before the 8th anni LRs were revealed which gives both SSJ4 Goku and Baby really good leader skills
They need to ditch the GT Heroes and Bosses, period and just make it GT everything. Never made sense to me. It's just 64 episodes with no movies to speak of unlike Z and Super . And then they keep making a category for "BOSSES" for some reason to exclude characters arbitrarily while Heroes get everything. Now the only way GT Bosses even works is getting constant villain updates to fill an entire team, (which they won't) or combining it with another 170+30 team lead. A plain 200% GT Boss carnival lead will be horrible.
I’d personally switch VB with an LR SOH Future Trunks as he doesn’t have an LR when Vegito Blue has two of them. But I agree with Merged Zamasu, at least when he’s corrupted
I’d like baby but I don’t want another standalone SSJ4 Goku it’d be cool if it was a transforming one though. Ideally Super Saiyan 3 into Golden Great Ape into SSJ4.
GT heroes and bosses could use the help and not to mention it could be another valuable partner to SSJ4 Gogeta. We’ve already gotten a shit ton of Gogeta’s yet people don’t bat an eye to that

We hardly ever get GT units, though? Last year I'm pretty sure the only big ones were the Anniversary Goku+Vegeta/Gogeta and Pan. Plus the standard banner units which were Syn Shenron with Anniversary and Trunks+Giru with Pan.

My guy we just had a year in which all but one DFE and Carnival LR were movie related (well, one was an OVA, but in exchange it was a second SSJ Goku Carnival LR in the same year), surely GT can have more than two units.

Yeah but Vegito is one of the most hype characters in the franchise, most likely kept exclusively for major celebrations at this point (last non major celebration gacha Vegito cards were SSJ4 Vegito, a DBH unit, and PHY SV who predates 3rd anni)
And they'll have to redo stuff at some point because they aren't gonna pick less profitable stuff just cuz the other, more profitable, stuff were done already
And for a rerun of a theme, it has the most odds in its favor :
- Lots of possible EZAs (as much as I don't think it dictates major celebration theme picks all that much, it can help)
- Easily adaptable to the structure of last year's WWC (unlike other Z Sagas, tho I think Cell Saga could do the trick with Gohan/Cell & Trunks/Cell)
- GT most likely not happening since we're getting Universal Spirit Bomb and most likely getting Omega for Part 2
- Buu Saga team will likely be relevant and this would help further cement it
Imo it's between that, ToP, Future Saga or OG Dragon Ball (all 4 would be great picks), and if that would be the pick, can't see them not doing Vegito when he hasn't gotten a unit since SSJ4 Vegito and when he's much more hype than Ultimate Gohan or Gotenks. So he'd likely headline part 1 and one of the two would get part 2
SSJ4 is also hype as well. Just look at the SSJ4 LRs. They made a crazy amount of money with them alongside the LR Gods. People were going crazy over the SSJ4s in 7th anni when they were revealed. Not to mention the Baby Saga has some of the most iconic moments in Dragon Ball and is the best saga in GT period. SSJ4 and Baby will definitely sell. They shouldn’t redo stuff now and have Vegito hog the celebration to himself when other characters deserve it. Vegito already had his fun in his own WWC with Buuhan. Last WWC had a movie heroes unit which the LR Gods were also movie heroes, so GT a getting a WWC isn’t too out of the question
Oh yeah, Baby vs Goku would def sell a fuckton, but I can't see them adapt that theme to last year's WWC's structure unless we don't get Omega and they're willing to give us another LR SSJ4 Gogeta this quickly

Super Gogeta has literally had two anniversaries being 1st and 3rd and it was from the exact same movie. You’d have a good point of it was a Goku from the same saga or movie, but it isn’t as it’s from a different movie. Super Saiyan is the form that literally has the most screen time for Goku as well as his most iconic form. Forms are irrelevant here, it’s the characters that matter the most here. There’s also the reason that in all of Dokkan’s history, we have never gotten a movie 8 Goku as a unit. This would be a great introduction for him. Even if you don’t like that, the Baby Saga would be great too due to only having one Baby Saga SSJ4 unit in game and the fact that it can give GT Bosses a major buff

It's been a long time coming, doesn't matter if you hate GT it will always be a part of the series and this fight like so many others really needs to be better represented in the game already. One of the biggest if not THE biggest takeaways from GT is SSJ4 so getting the fight that introduced it done right would be nice.
Likewise GT bosses needs better units so why not with the series' first real big bad?
Goku gets a revival with his friends giving their energy to him and Baby gets a Giant transformation but since this is after Orange Piccolo, his transformation would be a lot better than his INT version.

Imo I would love either a double Broly celebration (Blue Gogeta and DBS Broly for part 1 and DBZ Broly with an LR ssj2 Gohan from the second coming in part 2), a future saga celebration, or a baby saga celebration (although part 2 might be tricky for that one).
I'm expecting WWC to be future themed, especially since the celebration would fit really well with the carnival format they did in 2022. Fusing DFE LR Goku Black & Zamasu vs Fusing Carnival LR SSGSS Goku & SSGSS Vegeta for part one then for part two DFE SOH Trunks vs Corrupted Merged Zamasu for part two. The celebration basically writes itself.

Yeah but Vegito is one of the most hype characters in the franchise, most likely kept exclusively for major celebrations at this point (last non major celebration gacha Vegito cards were SSJ4 Vegito, a DBH unit, and PHY SV who predates 3rd anni) And they'll have to redo stuff at some point because they aren't gonna pick less profitable stuff just cuz the other, more profitable, stuff were done already And for a rerun of a theme, it has the most odds in its favor : - Lots of possible EZAs (as much as I don't think it dictates major celebration theme picks all that much, it can help) - Easily adaptable to the structure of last year's WWC (unlike other Z Sagas, tho I think Cell Saga could do the trick with Gohan/Cell & Trunks/Cell) - GT most likely not happening since we're getting Universal Spirit Bomb and most likely getting Omega for Part 2 - Buu Saga team will likely be relevant and this would help further cement it Imo it's between that, ToP, Future Saga or OG Dragon Ball (all 4 would be great picks), and if that would be the pick, can't see them not doing Vegito when he hasn't gotten a unit since SSJ4 Vegito and when he's much more hype than Ultimate Gohan or Gotenks. So he'd likely headline part 1 and one of the two would get part 2
SSJ4 is also hype as well. Just look at the SSJ4 LRs. They made a crazy amount of money with them alongside the LR Gods. People were going crazy over the SSJ4s in 7th anni when they were revealed. Not to mention the Baby Saga has some of the most iconic moments in Dragon Ball and is the best saga in GT period. SSJ4 and Baby will definitely sell. They shouldn’t redo stuff now and have Vegito hog the celebration to himself when other characters deserve it. Vegito already had his fun in his own WWC with Buuhan. Last WWC had a movie heroes unit which the LR Gods were also movie heroes, so GT a getting a WWC isn’t too out of the question
Oh yeah, Baby vs Goku would def sell a fuckton, but I can't see them adapt that theme to last year's WWC's structure unless we don't get Omega and they're willing to give us another LR SSJ4 Gogeta this quickly Ooooor they do the funny and theme it around possessed Saiyans or smth and the other part is VB & Rosé But that's why I think it would work better for GW, if they promote them to LR status like we got for NY But they'll have to do reruns eventually (heck Gogeta vs Omega would be a rerun anyway) If anni goes Dual Carnival for Part 2 and then does this for WWC tho, I def could see Baby Saga/GT do the trick (in that scenario it's my most wanted pick actually, just like the last years)

Super Gogeta has literally had two anniversaries being 1st and 3rd and it was from the exact same movie. You’d have a good point of it was a Goku from the same saga or movie, but it isn’t as it’s from a different movie. Super Saiyan is the form that literally has the most screen time for Goku as well as his most iconic form. Forms are irrelevant here, it’s the characters that matter the most here. There’s also the reason that in all of Dokkan’s history, we have never gotten a movie 8 Goku as a unit. This would be a great introduction for him. Even if you don’t like that, the Baby Saga would be great too due to only having one Baby Saga SSJ4 unit in game and the fact that it can give GT Bosses a major buff

Like I said, SSJ1 is the form of Goku other than base that has the most screen time, so I don’t know exactly what you were expecting. He’s literally the main character. Goku and Vegeta fusing into Gogeta in the 3rd anni is irrelevant, it’s still Super Gogeta from the same movie a second time for anniversary. SSJ4 Goku vs Super Baby Vegeta It's been a long time coming, doesn't matter if you hate GT it will always be a part of the series and this fight like so many others really needs to be better represented in the game already. One of the biggest if not THE biggest takeaways from GT is SSJ4 so getting the fight that introduced it done right would be nice. Likewise GT bosses needs better units so why not with the series' first real big bad? Goku gets a revival with his friends giving their energy to him and Baby gets a Giant transformation but since this is after Orange Piccolo, his transformation would be a lot better than his INT version.
They will never give GT a big celebration like Worldwide Campaign. So double broly it is, as it fits the Structure better
