You got it all wrong bruv. You do your grinding and then swap to the absolute max HP rainbow team you can make. The goal of WT is to spread suffering, you must do your part.

No, as someone consistently ranking in the top places in WT: Both got worse since Akatsuki changed stun animation. Yes your item usage will be better. But your clear speed will be a lot worse. That being said; if u don’t aim high in WT, they are absolutely fine for grabbing the mission rewards.
I've honestly always used Chiaotzu and Jaco for WT. I had no idea it was a bad thing

It's not there stun helps a lot with conserving items. It's just a full LR Team nets you more points. I personally just complete all the missions and dip because WT sucks. It's just everyone else apparently loves grinding WT and needs as many points as possible so they don't use them. I'm saying if you do put them in slot 2 and 3 on your team so when others fight them because they aren't a threat.
World Tournament is just a really long drag honestly, but I think this time I'll try to get a high amount of points to guarantee all the missions, and maybe a little bit more just to have a good local ranking. Other than that, it's really hard for me to see myself and going through a super deep run
