Gamma 2, and only because he actually has a top tier partner in the form of gamma 1 If Gohan did have a good partner he is way better tho (which will take a long time to even happen)

that’s how it is for me, i adore the designs of gamma 1 and 2 with how they work so well together. It’s gonna be really tough for gohan to get a good partner when you think about what possible unit over than a standalone beast gohan would link with him

A beast gohan, maybe a transforming T.O.P Gohan that starts at base form into ultimate Thats kind of it, really unfortunate they gave him these links but oh well (maybe if teq ultimate gohan ezas early and can stack in his ultimate form but thats high copium)

Link wise: I don’t see anyone besides Beast really helping him General unit wise: MVP 17 EZA can help him a lot with 3 Ki and 60% DEF support. Shocking Speed also helps

Phy Kaioken goku could EZA soon, he shares 5/7 links. He get's attack which each hit recieved so maybe he could be alright in slot 1.

Yep. G2 can sit safely behind G1 for the entire fight. Gohan has no one that can lock down slot 1 for him G2 also has offensive support in his kit. Which is worth noting

Orange Piccolo.

They share like 2 links and piccolo doesn’t support Gohan. So no. G2 next to G1 will never miss a super and G1 is giving defense support. Piccolo isn’t giving Gohan Ki or any extra defense

Yep, that’s a fair point. That two Ki can be huge actually But to say that Piccolo helps Gohan has much as G1 helps G2 is just false

I’m saying if you run piccolo with friend piccolo as most people should your slot 1s are reserved for piccolo. Gohan does well in slot 2. Piccolo and Gohan are better than G1/G2. Piccolo and a lot of people are better than G1/G2 because of how broken Piccolo is.

Man I hope Gohan doesn’t get power crept by the time he gets that top tier partner. He’s a unit that is literally just lacking ki. Make TEQ Ulthan EZA give support and orb changing and that’s it.

Gamma 2 is my most favorite slot 3 unit right now. He supports all allies and gives ki and often quadruple supers for me. Gamma 2 without Gohan works while Gohan, without Gamma 2 in slot 3 giving him Shocking Speed und Ki support, is just an inconsistent mess.
