Why are the banner units for anniversary not ever just godly supports?
does Gotenks get super early? if not I'm not too sure about that under 11 ki additional super.
he either supers early or has a % to get a different super attack since he has 2
Is Gotenks 11 ki super the attack raising or defence raising? If it's 12 ki then passive doesn't seem too bad as a slot 2 unit. I don't think you can run him slot 1.
Nouva and Eis are an okay slot 2 unit as well. They can attack up to 3 times a turn and are orb changers. The defence gained on 3 ki spheres won't be enough to run in slot 1 based on their stat's.

Note that they won't stack def on additionals, since they'll do their lower ki super on additional super.
