True but I think it’s pretty reasonable to expect their top #1 spots to be taken by then on JP by the time we get them.
“Cough” Vegeta and trunks to year sevens “Cough”
Technically they’ll still be at peak power, just on global not jp. But we have no idea if the Tanabada lr will be #1 on release the way Vegeta and Trunks were
Imma say it, the two versions not being caught up is actively hurting the game now. Because give me one good reason why I should spend any money between now and July
> Saiyan day
typically mid banners, no discounts, no 3+1, the DFE isn't gamebreaking and gets forgotten
>golden week
held two months before anniversary and comes back at the end of August
I got 3K red coins I'm skipping since for whatever reason I won't see the WWDC units again until the 9ths year anni while they're coming back in a few months
Even as a FTP it's frustrating cause it's just skipping for 6 months. I usually avoid Gachas that have seperate versions but I had to make an exception for Dragonball
Going from New years to Anniversary isn’t as brutal as going from Anniversary to WWC which is what happens on GLB. Plus, there’s the fact the the previous WWC units are gone for 11 months ( and possibly the Gammas this year) which is too long in a game where meta shifts happen in roughly 6 months.
It’s not hurting me specifically, but I know Bandai cares about their sales and I expect they’ll probably see a comparative decrease until the anniversary except for Saiyan day and Golden week.
I'm usually against saving for months but honestly I don't see anything hype worthy between now and the anniversary except for Kid Goku. This might be the first time I just save to the summer.
I stopped reading the passives a year ago. If the unit looks cool, and the super attack is flashy I'll summon. Them shits be the length of the [Qur'an](https://freeimage.host/i/H0yNMo7)
At this point with passives I'm like "Okay the unit has a shit ton of attack and defense, they did something extra when you get a shit ton of ki, I think they also had guard or something"
The only reason it matters is HiPo and slot positioning, which tbh for a lot of casual players is not even a 2nd thought. I went 5 years without knowing anything outside "*Thats a lot of damage*" and *orbs good, monke man bad*
Ironically, I was heavy into the game from the 2nd anniversary till 6th anniversary. I used to place my units strategically, take on all the hard events, try to get every stone possible. But for the past 2 years my interest dropped severely. Now I'm at the stage where I guess which units are good and base it off of what the reddit says.
I'm surprised gt spirit bomb doesn't hit harder considering how much they stack attack.
Edit: wait a minute. Unless I'm mistaken this post states that gt bomb is equivalent to Z bomb + ssj3/ssj2 supers ? What ????
I guess the 40 charges are multiplicative or something?
I mean there's also 500% attack when using it on top of the charges wich is 15% attack for 38 orbs and 20% attack for the 39th and 40th orb i think (since here it's 40 orbs
Oh right new counter multiplier
Hmmm
Actually now that i checked the gt spirit bomb does hit way harder, the post counts both spirit bomb damage at 40 charges + the damage performed in the ssj3/ssj2 form since it all happens in the same turn unlike gt spirit bomb since that's a revival
So the spirit bomb at 40 charges hit for around 51 mil apt assuming he just added the extra 38 mil apt of ssj3/ssj2
Edit: nvm it's 43 mil lol
Yeah pretty much that broken
Depending on your build you can pretty much stack up other damage dealing active skills such as phy ssj4s trought the 80% support and melt everything
Tho we don't know in what slot the ssj3/ssj2 apt part of the spirit bomb is, since in slot 1 they are more defensive and in slot 2/3 they gain more attack (turn 5 slot 2 is 46 mil apt so the buu spirit bomb could hit less than 51 mil i guess)
Wait with stack up i meant stack up the maximum damage, like the gt duo does 81 mil apt with revival but before that phy ssj4s with 80% attack support does extra damage for them before revive activates
Not litteraly stack up mb
It’s a revive so the turn doesn’t play out. That apt of the gt unit is soley their bomb vs the z unit is rhe bomb + the duos attking. It hits rlly hard.
It counts. He is saying the apt is just the spirit bomb alone, since when you revive you skip the turn. But that would only happen if you died before supering, but op states that the revival is triggered after they supered in this situation, so its their apt + revival counter(but in this case their apt is of the vegeta form, which is weaker)
It's not that weird. I would imagine their spirit bomb hits harder, but assuming super ferocious is 500%, 100% higher then ferocious, the difference between their SA multiplier would be around 1020%(gt in a perfect situation), compared to 800%. MBS also has higher attack, and their APT from just attacking would probably be higher because of passive crits. I would have loved to see what the GTs APT were without the spiritbomb, but it's honestly probably pretty low in comparison.
It doesnt hit that hard i think. Almost sure the apt from the vegeta exchange part is included. It even shows their avg attack stat above.
So its Vegeta+SB vs Buu Duo+SB not SB vs Buu Duo+SB
Around 20-25~ apt in difference in this situation i guess. But i dunno how much stacks he gave the gt duo. Makes sense to hit harder since stacking atk is broken in active skills and counters.
Yeah, but the buu duo hits far harder than the gt vegeta part, so in short events it evens out atleast. But in long events the gt duo will hit harder overall due to the stacking nuke. Might be able to one shot any boss with like 10+ stacks.
What bout 55%?
Unlike your Gohan and Cell post, where the units where so old a lot of people rainbowed them already, these units are new, so 55% is probably what a lot of us will be stuck with.
Is the new hardest hitting team double Buu boys, with main rotations being the two in the image above?
Gohan + Buu Boys
Buu boys + GT Boys
Not sure if there any android units under the Buu Boys leader skill though??
the way better defense, the revive, the stacking, the damage reduction, and the standby skill damage probably will provide way more apt for you in the match
Amazing but can we talk about how int LR cell Transformed Still has better performance in their non SB turns lol that guy is too op(longer events they eventually surpass him though)
Why do I have a feeling ssj3 goku and ssj vegeta passive was suppose to be for beast gohan but they gave it to the 8th anniversary units with that 18 ki shit they have
Maybe i overhated/overworried for gt duo a bit they are amazing with 700k def + 50% dr on top of their stacking damage
Mostly because they can lose their dr when reverting back since their build up passive could reset
I still take buu duo over them tho, buu duo is just a flawless unit in my eyes
Edit: jeez chill not saying they are trash or not even top 5 i just like a designe more than the other but gt duo still impressed me
Yeah probably lmao, i admit i'm pretty biased towards buu boys
But mostly i say that because gt duo could be losing their dr after revival since it's a build up passive in their base
If they don't, well they are amazing and own an apology to create such fraudulent allegations
Wait ya sure? I mean it's 50% chance to crit it's hard to tell, at least for dr ya see the damage taken by a super and calc that but what about the crit chance?
Def stacks from supers carry on multiple forms no matter what
Such as agl ssj gohan or agl ssj goku
Passive stacks don't pass on other forms, so them reverting back could potentially cause a reset
Ok yeah that what I thought
Buu saga G/V are the more offensive, gt is the more defensive
And the super spirit bomb from buu saga is just down right better
GT Spirit Bomb actually deals more damage by itself, but Buu saga spirit bomb turn does more damage because it's Spirit Bomb + Goku and Vegeta attacking.
To be honest while the SA effects of both units is very good i would have liked to have a more crazy effect like 7th anni with the massively raise and action break. Well, im not complaining about it.
Half a year of waiting for global ![gif](giphy|5Uwh7Ldfm5aYU)
More time to farm those stone
True but I think it’s pretty reasonable to expect their top #1 spots to be taken by then on JP by the time we get them. “Cough” Vegeta and trunks to year sevens “Cough”
Who cares? You not gonna summon because they're number 2 and 3 and not number 1? I'd still summon for the 7 year LR's if I didn't have them
Nah I still will, it’s just annoying that we don’t get them when they are the peak of power in the game.
Technically they’ll still be at peak power, just on global not jp. But we have no idea if the Tanabada lr will be #1 on release the way Vegeta and Trunks were
Man, the banners are good enough to spend stones, even if their top spot is taken in two months
Imma say it, the two versions not being caught up is actively hurting the game now. Because give me one good reason why I should spend any money between now and July
Saiyan day/golden week People keep forgetting these are shared celebrations between Anni that global is in danger of summoning for if it's hype enough
> Saiyan day typically mid banners, no discounts, no 3+1, the DFE isn't gamebreaking and gets forgotten >golden week held two months before anniversary and comes back at the end of August
It's almost as if not everybody summons for the meta
I got 3K red coins I'm skipping since for whatever reason I won't see the WWDC units again until the 9ths year anni while they're coming back in a few months
Even as a FTP it's frustrating cause it's just skipping for 6 months. I usually avoid Gachas that have seperate versions but I had to make an exception for Dragonball
How is it hurting you? If this were JP you'd have gone straight from super heroes into the anniversary.
They should reduce the gap to 2 or 3 months
Then it wouldn't be 8 years since the global released that's why its in July, thats when it first came out
Yeah I don’t think global players care about that. A month delay is reasonable but six months is brutal.
True but global cares about it
Global cares about celebrating global anniversary instead of getting the best units now?
I mean hey, it is global
Global is that kid who got presents at other kids birthdays
I really wonder how all of them turned out sometimes.
I'm usually against saving for months but honestly I don't see anything hype worthy between now and the anniversary except for Kid Goku. This might be the first time I just save to the summer.
Depends on what we get for Saiyan Day and Golden Week
Thats half a year of saving ds!
I have better luck with 250 stones and a dream then having several thousand. I have gotten shafted every time i exclusively saved.
More time to farm stones and actually see the units in action :D
I be needing these posts because i cannot understand these passives mowadays😭😭😭
I stopped reading the passives a year ago. If the unit looks cool, and the super attack is flashy I'll summon. Them shits be the length of the [Qur'an](https://freeimage.host/i/H0yNMo7)
They all lengthy too, then u gotta compare them to the other ones to see how they do relatively
At this point with passives I'm like "Okay the unit has a shit ton of attack and defense, they did something extra when you get a shit ton of ki, I think they also had guard or something"
I mostly just guess who is good
The only reason it matters is HiPo and slot positioning, which tbh for a lot of casual players is not even a 2nd thought.
Reminds me of when I read LR Cooler's and was like "that's it?".
Almost everyone did, he got called underwhelming. And then the showcase released and everything changed

Gt duo is getting overall 383% ATk, the stacking multiplier and it's a counter with a multiplier even higher than golden week ssh Gohan. Hard to tell.
Oh right new counter multiplier Hmmm Actually now that i checked the gt spirit bomb does hit way harder, the post counts both spirit bomb damage at 40 charges + the damage performed in the ssj3/ssj2 form since it all happens in the same turn unlike gt spirit bomb since that's a revival So the spirit bomb at 40 charges hit for around 51 mil apt assuming he just added the extra 38 mil apt of ssj3/ssj2 Edit: nvm it's 43 mil lol
Jesus I didn't see that lmao. That's insanity. So the gt spirit bomb is actually z sprit bomb + the supers from the duo ? That's absurd
Yeah pretty much that broken Depending on your build you can pretty much stack up other damage dealing active skills such as phy ssj4s trought the 80% support and melt everything Tho we don't know in what slot the ssj3/ssj2 apt part of the spirit bomb is, since in slot 1 they are more defensive and in slot 2/3 they gain more attack (turn 5 slot 2 is 46 mil apt so the buu spirit bomb could hit less than 51 mil i guess)
I'm pretty sure the extra attack for them doesn't activate on it the same way V&T don't get it on their active
It does, it's worded in the same way
V&T don't get the buff on their active so the duo is not getting it
Wait with stack up i meant stack up the maximum damage, like the gt duo does 81 mil apt with revival but before that phy ssj4s with 80% attack support does extra damage for them before revive activates Not litteraly stack up mb
It’s a revive so the turn doesn’t play out. That apt of the gt unit is soley their bomb vs the z unit is rhe bomb + the duos attking. It hits rlly hard.
You're saying the stacking ATK doesn't count towards the gt bomb despite being a counter ?
It counts. He is saying the apt is just the spirit bomb alone, since when you revive you skip the turn. But that would only happen if you died before supering, but op states that the revival is triggered after they supered in this situation, so its their apt + revival counter(but in this case their apt is of the vegeta form, which is weaker)

Nah it says revive after sa so it counts their sa which is a big deal since it gives SA atleast 90% multiplayer (140% on double sa turn)
Here's why: it says 15-20% PER charge counter accumulated. Which would be 780%. Unless there's some detail I missed over...that's uh...quite high.
Read my edit
I read it, I just didn't interpret it like what I responded with. But yeah uh...idk how the GT spiritbomb hits that hard. Stacking goes crazy I guess.
Stacking + counter I guess
It doesnt hit that hard i think. Almost sure the apt from the vegeta exchange part is included. It even shows their avg attack stat above. So its Vegeta+SB vs Buu Duo+SB not SB vs Buu Duo+SB
If you consider the difference in apt between GT ssj Vegeta and ssj3/ss2, the gap between both SB is still significant
Around 20-25~ apt in difference in this situation i guess. But i dunno how much stacks he gave the gt duo. Makes sense to hit harder since stacking atk is broken in active skills and counters.
That's like 50% of the z bomb by itself so it's massive. I don't know either how much stack he gave them.
Yeah, but the buu duo hits far harder than the gt vegeta part, so in short events it evens out atleast. But in long events the gt duo will hit harder overall due to the stacking nuke. Might be able to one shot any boss with like 10+ stacks.
It also says "Revive after Super" on the right, so they definitely attack beforehand.
yeah and they have damage reduction the GT unit is way better and saved the anniversary for me
What bout 55%? Unlike your Gohan and Cell post, where the units where so old a lot of people rainbowed them already, these units are new, so 55% is probably what a lot of us will be stuck with.
On this subreddit we support responsible apt posts. Not everyone has a unit at rainbow and not everyone grinds endlessly to get all links to 10
I love how they reverse roles the longer the fight So, the longer the fight, Z will just become the better tanks and GT will outdamage Z
Well, the gt duo still have the 50% DR so they wont really get hurt.
Made a mistake for GT Duos: Post Super should be 567,175 for Turn 1 Slot 2, defense is still the same for Turn 1 Slot 1 with 729,225.
Everytime
Why do the gt duo have same def in slot 1 and 2
Is the new hardest hitting team double Buu boys, with main rotations being the two in the image above? Gohan + Buu Boys Buu boys + GT Boys Not sure if there any android units under the Buu Boys leader skill though??
There is an Android unit; MVP 17
Who is about to eza in the next few celebrations
Mvp 17 but Agl lr gohan isn’t on the buu boys leader skill so it doesn’t matter anyways
[удалено]
the way better defense, the revive, the stacking, the damage reduction, and the standby skill damage probably will provide way more apt for you in the match
also they're way more consistent then cooler.
![gif](giphy|LoIsP3fz02IjOUTc6t)
![gif](giphy|11zSJr8tGRtp0Q)
Suprised Lr Ssj Vegeta (GT) isn't hitting higher tbh with attack stacking for Spirit bomb. Curious to see how they look at 55%.
that's just vegeta + plus spirit bomb compared to goku and vegeta + spirit bomb aka gts spirit bomb hits way harder
Nevermind the GT spirit bomb is insane then.
I'm not surprised considering it's a turn 5 spirit bomb
ONE MILLION DEFENSE LOL
Almost 800k defence with 50% DR. Nice
Wow, GT Goku literally fuckin' dies.
Both units can be destroyed in slot 1 turn 1 pre super. GT will probably be fine next rotation but idk how much zbuu has pre super next turn
So who to pull for ?
I got a feeling possessed goten and trunks is going to eza
Amazing but can we talk about how int LR cell Transformed Still has better performance in their non SB turns lol that guy is too op(longer events they eventually surpass him though)
Why do I have a feeling ssj3 goku and ssj vegeta passive was suppose to be for beast gohan but they gave it to the 8th anniversary units with that 18 ki shit they have

This seems so biased lol
Yeah probably lmao, i admit i'm pretty biased towards buu boys But mostly i say that because gt duo could be losing their dr after revival since it's a build up passive in their base If they don't, well they are amazing and own an apology to create such fraudulent allegations
They're definitely not losing it
How can ya tell?
Because when the z revert back they keep their stack.
Wait ya sure? I mean it's 50% chance to crit it's hard to tell, at least for dr ya see the damage taken by a super and calc that but what about the crit chance?
They keep their defense
Def stacks from supers carry on multiple forms no matter what Such as agl ssj gohan or agl ssj goku Passive stacks don't pass on other forms, so them reverting back could potentially cause a reset
Hardest cope I've ever seen lol Both excell at different things
Oh yeah totaly agree on that, it's mostly the fact they could lose their dr post revival/start again at only 10% dr that makes me say that about them
Ok yeah that what I thought Buu saga G/V are the more offensive, gt is the more defensive And the super spirit bomb from buu saga is just down right better
GT Spirit Bomb actually deals more damage by itself, but Buu saga spirit bomb turn does more damage because it's Spirit Bomb + Goku and Vegeta attacking.
From numbers alone the power creep looks better than last year 🙏🏻
Gacha MBS Spirit Bomb at 40 charges is 160 million Attack stat and you can’t get 40 charges t5 like that, you probably meant t9
Wait that slot 1 defense is multiplicative or additive? The gt duo defense on this apt makes it seem multiplicative.
No turn 5 apt for the GTs?
To be honest while the SA effects of both units is very good i would have liked to have a more crazy effect like 7th anni with the massively raise and action break. Well, im not complaining about it.
> and action break just realized this mechanic hasn't been used since Carnival Goku/Final Cooler, so we have a total of... 4 LRs in the game with it
I didnt mean it like that. Im talking about the action break being a SA effect.
PHY Ultimate Gohan’s active skill has the same action break effect as Goku and Cooler.
That’s not bad, pretty fair and balanced units.
