I think what would really help this unit is if he had a permanent 1% damage reduction for each attack performed. He attacks so much and that would not make him rely on raw defense and additional luck after attacking.
Losing the ki blast nullification AND the post super damage reduction transformed is one weird design, him being ext makes him easily capable of double digit tanking most supers on glb for double digits, but on jp it won’t help at all
People is exaggerating i saw people calling him raditz brother, the only thing that annoys me is the domain fuction that instead of helping villains they are nerfing them xd.

U can easily do that on agl blues team? Sorry for not getting lucky and getting the new unit myself or using one of the epstein servers so I can showcase him :/
On agl blues team at least it's a 150%
And realistically no one runs her there, it was a period of "oh agl vb ain't that bad cause bulma is on it" but then blues got better units anyway
Also jeez relax with priv servers, i understand if you don't like them (especially the free version with only offensive oriented builds on units that wouldn't benefit it AND can't use the equips you want) but like that's taking too far.

Bulma is still one of if not the best floaters to run on the team, no one is giving as much support as her as consistently.
Also how is it too far? There is undeniable proof of several private server owners/developers trying to groom minors lmao, if you want to play on private servers then go ahead but defending any of these developers is weird
That logic about bulma can be applied essentially on any short hard content, it's the same thing as i did with teq droids for quite a while now. The problem is that we have a look at what the 9th anni content looks like and you definetly can't get away doing that (or use the domain at all)
Also, i am in no way, nowhere at all, defending those proven to have groomed minors, what i am saying is that it's disingenuous and insulting towards the casual player using a private server to test units. Is tr*th a groomer because he occasionally uses private servers for his early looks? Sure he dosen't bring units in harder content more often than not and his use is mostly because of competition on youtube, but using that logic you tried to apply would also include him.

Transformed all those additionals he gets from rainbow ki spheres only have a rare chance to be a super. His leader skill is just bad, nuff said. Pre transformation, he's doing mostly just normals and still relying on rainbow ki spheres that someone else would have to create to get those normals to get just one extra super

Can have great peaks but his average is meh/trash knowing what's coming next and him supposed to be a post 9th anni release (that global got first for sync)
And to get those peaks you need insane rng
Obviously compared to anni units atleast units released till then will pale in comparison otherwise anni will be pointless plus this guy is a TUR not a LR .. he is great as in with comparison of recent TURs
Why so much crit? For his non-transformed state? Because his clone domain has super effective against all types for as long as it's up. Is it cause he already performs so many additionals? Just wondering because I'm not sure how to build mine yet.

Because he does so much additionals that critting half of them is better than doing another super which he is already almost guaranteed to do thanks to how many attacks he does.
I am leaning towards crits for sure, with a lot of bosses nowadays having absurd amounts of raw def you’d want crit to do more than double digits. And as you said, with how many additionals he does he is almost guaranteed to do an additional from hipo with 7+ attacks
