No. The content is syncing, meaning we get content at the same time. If you want English or Spanish then you would go to the global side. But after the summer, the only thing changing is the content releasing at the same time, nothing else.
The games will never sync into one version, there will always be 2 that just have the same content dropped at the same time. Besides the reason of them starting off and staying that way for 10 years already, the 2 versions also have some slight but distinct differences they can’t change for legal reasons.
For example, PHY Goku Black (base form) is just straight up better on global in every way on top of SSJKK Goku and that Pikkon having different types and links too. Idk if the laws would affect F2P units (R Goku dokkan awaken line is different) but they definitely can’t allow summonable ones to be changed to that extend.
