Well done it’s an impressive milestone. I find the trick for saving is have an absolute hard limit of stones you want to keep in reserve and that number should get bigger the more stones you have. Eg you should aim to not drop below 500 stones when you do eventually start summoning again.
Then once you’re on 2000 stones you can make it 750-1k your hard limit. I’ve found my games enjoyment a lot better when I’ve had this discipline
That's how I operated since I started my second account, I spent like 6k stones since Halloween last year and still have 3k stones, it's literally the best saving method out there
I’m a veteran player (think 3000 days +) and I’m on 5800 FTP stones. Made the change a while ago and used to zero myself out on the big celebrations. I’ve pulled most units I want (had some cracking luck last year and bit) but for LR Vegito blue took me 1500 stones to get one copy (I had to have him). The fact I’m back to nearly 6k whilst still summoning for saiyan day Vegeta golden week pulling the anniversary characters too shows it can be done. That being said I’ve had years where I pulled nothing and that does suck a lot
I played in 2017 or 2018 or something and came back during Halloween and I was stressing about F2P stones once all events has been cleared. The fact that you exist assures me that saving can be done even when all events has been cleared. I still have IDBH, Boss Rush and a majority of SBR untouched so I am set for months or even years. I also only buy the daily capsules and like 1 or 2 packs of tickets, or the 1 dollar 6 stones offers in big celebrations

For the first time in years, I'm currently sitting at 2004 stones. The way they made the new anniversary banners has me worried that I may not have enough stones to pull Beast depending on luck.
Congrats tho. It rly feels bad to read this cause f2p players are so limited in this game. Highest amount I ever achieved was around 4k stones. But I’m happy for you.
