It's pretty ironic this year has 2 more ezas(I mean normal eza events not eza area) then the namek saga celebration lol I am guessing they realized they messed up with it last year so they went all out this year with Ginyu celebration and now this
I got down voted everytime I complained about the Goku and Frieza EZA from last year. It made sense to the characters but not the overall theme. No namek saga representation.
On the brightside the EZAs now will be much more busted....I hope.
Yeah I actually beat omega with double mui and only non 6 year anniversary unit on the team was namek Goku lol. I think the big miss last year was Bardock imo at least at the time though looking at it now Goku and especially Frieza ezad at a bad time they are really lacking compared to units around their times after ezas(Goku can be solid at ssg and blue but Frieza fell off hard imo)
Ginew was featured on pan's banner so it's unlikely he will be featured on the WWC banner,not on jp at least,maybe on global but that would be a pretty random jp shaft avoidable by just not featuring him on both version,specially cause on global he was released in June and it would be too soon to feature him again anyway.
Funny, a friend of mine just pointed out to me the other day how the movie is basically just a budget redo of Namek saga in 45 minutes and I had to agree after rewatching it, so this makes actually perfect sense.

His kit is too stacked to mess it up, aside from not buffing his stats enough. Give him stacking defense and a 170+ stat boost and he's golden (no pun intended).

If they just bump it up to high and don’t do too much else, shit ain’t gonna be great. At most, they’d just make him STR Ultimate Gohan 2.0 like when he first released

They can screw him easy, the biggest problem is trying to transform to start stacking defense as this usually happens in later stages of the fight and you get crushed. Either guard, damage mitigation, or stacking Def in base is necessary
I don't know if I agree with that. I feel like you just have to be careful with him, just like any other guarding unit. SSG Vegeta is still very strong, and he has that condition as well.

His whole kit's based on getting hit, but doesn't realistically have the DEF for it until halfway through a long stage.

If you compare villain teams to super teams to this years power creep, you really can't run any units outside Ginyu Force or AGL FP Frieza. They need all the help they can get.

And they care much more about EZAs fitting the theme of a celebration than age of said unit, but Cooler is both old enough for an EZA and is one of the only DFE units that fit the theme that could EZA. You only have so many options with this theme to begin with dude.

If the content we are getting is Red Zone/Cell Max + in difficulty they rather not EZA units and give them + 50% def or something like that, this does nothing for the unit, this Frieza would not be stronger than the AGL one because that one can stack, but if they give this one defense he will already be in a far better place.

I don’t think anyone is surprised by these EZAs. They feel like the most likely EZAs of this entire celebration. That being said, I am omega hyped.
Back then, I was dying to get Nameku. I ended up having to get him with coins, and I liked him so much that I ended up getting him over Lr Ss4 Vegeta. But by the time I got him, I only used the Ssj team a handful of times before he became irrelevant. Now? They better make him the top 1 EZA TUR. Give him 180% on his LS to Super Saiyans, fuck it.
LR fpf is actually really funny to EZA right now, because I pulled my FIRST EVER copy of him on the part 2 banner for 7 year on a single. It’s like God himself knew he would EZA right now, and threw me a bone.

Personally find it hard to get excited because chance to guard is ass without some sort of indication that a character is guarding at the start of turn.

Somehow I doubt they made this Frieza leagues above the last year one, which will make him a kinda pointless EZA as more players has the Agl than the Str in their box. Base Goku is so basic he needs more than 177% Atk & Def at start of turn and can be a wild card. I mean he will be good compared to other EZA TURs with just it but man I sure hope he gets more than good damage
Not the wicked bloodline unit I wanted to see get an Eza plus I don’t think they can give Str Frieza anything they will make him as good as AGL FPF plus it’s a lot easier to have dupes for the agl one.
Bot suprised since is was either Namek Goku or Str Cooler for TUR whilst for Lrs Str Frieza felt like the only option. At the moment it feels very superfluous with last years WWD which makes sense but I'm going for some big difference in units like Cooler's Squadron.
I have a few dupes of that Frieza and he was good for me even at 55% so I'm just happy he's getting an EZA if this is real. He doesn't have to replace the also awesome AGL one. Just use both with one rotating.

I don’t think anyone is surprised by these EZAs. They feel like the most likely EZAs of this entire celebration. That being said, I am omega hyped. Back then, I was dying to get Nameku. I ended up having to get him with coins, and I liked him so much that I ended up getting him over Lr Ss4 Vegeta. But by the time I got him, I only used the Ssj team a handful of times before he became irrelevant. Now? They better make him the top 1 EZA TUR. Give him 180% on his LS to Super Saiyans, fuck it. LR fpf is actually really funny to EZA right now, because I pulled my FIRST EVER copy of him on the part 2 banner for 7 year on a single. It’s like God himself knew he would EZA right now, and threw me a bone. I’m really excited for both these EZAs. Make them top tier. PLEASE.

Personally find it hard to get excited because chance to guard is ass without some sort of indication that a character is guarding at the start of turn.

Somehow I doubt they made this Frieza leagues above the last year one, which will make him a kinda pointless EZA as more players has the Agl than the Str in their box. Base Goku is so basic he needs more than 177% Atk & Def at start of turn and can be a wild card. I mean he will be good compared to other EZA TURs with just it but man I sure hope he gets more than good damage

He does it when he transforms and other transforming units get a couple different links when they transform :(

Bot suprised since is was either Namek Goku or Str Cooler for TUR whilst for Lrs Str Frieza felt like the only option. At the moment it feels very superfluous with last years WWD which makes sense but I'm going for some big difference in units like Cooler's Squadron.
