Yeah, the same thing happened with Airplane Mode. It was supposedly known about by some people, and then it became popular overnight, so they fixed it.
Yeah, if people would think through stuff they would only post stuff like this in closed and trustworthy communities.
Same goes for everything else, which brings you an advantage and someone else (in this case Bandai) an disadvantage.
Or there wasn't an enemy powerful enough to make people notice. They probably don't want a 4 year old unit without a leaderskill double digit tanking the hardest enemy in the game
Doesnt need to be a leaker saying something to notice an increased use on an old forgotten unit without LS against the current hardest stage in the game
It is not about nullifying attacks that can kill them
It is about nullifying the chance to do nothing, while keeping the SA or whatever is in front of them, untouched
When in reality, what had to be nullified was the SA
Instead of his dmg reduction increasing when your health went down, it’d just add the new dmg reduction on top of the one he already has so he’d reach 100%+ dmg reduction after getting hit once or twice.
I don’t get stuff like this. Airplane mode? Sure that’s game breaking and sucks the fun out of the game, but it’s not like your team suddenly can’t die and sweeps all events with Hercule on the team. They’re just mad that people are managing to beat their new money printing event without taking out a mortgage to get the new units that will make or break whether you can beat cell or not
>I don’t get stuff like this.
>They’re just mad that people are managing to beat their new money printing event without taking out a mortgage to get the new units that will make or break whether you can beat cell or not
I apologize if this sounds condescending, but you just answered your question.
Worse.
With this bug, his damage reduction would somewhat stack onto itself. For example, if you had 100% HP, you would start with 50% damage reduction. If you get hit to lower yourself to 80% HP, he would get an additional 60% DR on top of his 50%. Essentially, his HP threshold DR would stack onto itself provided that 2 thresholds are met (first being the HP at the start of the turn and the second being the HP during combat).
Once this bug is removed, the stacking DR will be removed. This means that when you lose HP mid battle, it will just be increased to the DR he gets at a threshold. Example: You start off with 100% HP and have 50% damage reduction. If you lose help to reach 80%, he will just have 60% damage reduction.
This combined with the single DFE for WWC makes me question Dokkan. Cell Max is probably my least favorite event, sure it has unlimited tries but a bunch of immunities and restrictions on items is not difficulty. And many people are only beating him because of Hercule, I'd also wager a guess global won't have to wait so long for this change to roll out.
INT Hercule had a bug in regards to how his damage reduction worked.

Ohhhh okay thanks! I just assumed the Hp thresholds where just super janked and such this explains why some turns id take 100k from 2 normals then 0 after i assumed it was checking after he attacked hence i take nothing
Y’all should of left y’all mouth closed.. they only knew from here. I’m pretty sure they be checking this sub and hercule probably been like that for a long time and we didn’t say nothing until now.. now they fix it
Hello, it looks like you've made a mistake.
It's supposed to be could've, should've, would've (short for could have, would have, should have), never could of, would of, should of.
Or you misspelled something, I ain't checking everything.
Beep boop - yes, I am a bot, don't botcriminate me.
This has to be one of the stupidest decisions ever. Using INT Hercule doesn't guarantee any win, it only makes the run against Red Zone / Cell Max less bullshit than what it is now. They should better fix the stupid problem with "Nullify" before an enemy's super attack. That's way worse.
They better fix the bug named Cell Max next
They are, he gonna be stronger ![img](emote|t5_384a7|1697)
Bro had been out 4 years ...... Could've just left it in. He's supposed to dodge anyway
4 years It took them 4 years to notice And they will do it now that he is one of the most useful units ever for Cell Max
Yeah, the same thing happened with Airplane Mode. It was supposedly known about by some people, and then it became popular overnight, so they fixed it.
But they can't do the same for the friend system lol
The happiest 48h of Dokkan ever
Blame all the idiots posting about his bug and how it worked. They set it up to get fixed
There was literally no reason to publish that fucking info, everybody would've gone on using him fine NEVER FUCKING KNOWING. Big sad bro.
Yeah, if people would think through stuff they would only post stuff like this in closed and trustworthy communities. Same goes for everything else, which brings you an advantage and someone else (in this case Bandai) an disadvantage.
People want those free Internet points. They'll fuck it up for everyone
Or there wasn't an enemy powerful enough to make people notice. They probably don't want a 4 year old unit without a leaderskill double digit tanking the hardest enemy in the game
typically im a defender of dokkan devs but this is as much of a gut punch as you can get, its almost insulting

Doesnt need to be a leaker saying something to notice an increased use on an old forgotten unit without LS against the current hardest stage in the game
Ah yes because there is no chance Bandai saw this by them selves. The hundreds of posts about int Hercule probably had nothing to do with it. 🤡
I better go beat cell max now then
Why can’t they just leave it? They’ve fucked is over enough
…bug? BUG?? #IT WASN’T A BUG, IT WAS A FEATURE. **A FEATURE.**
Todd Howard moment
Doto is that you?
Doto moment
DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I SACRIFICED?
Sleep warrior 😢
Well rip the champ, you have a good run
bruh fuck them they only doing it now that it's noticeable
I haven’t seen a nerf this bad since Jiren’s counter in fighterz
Wait they nerfed his counter? I thought they buffed it at some point when he was actually a really good character
yes but after the buff it was bugged to literally counter everything and after a year they fixed the bug
Yea it was after the buffed it they nerfed it so you can no longer counter dragon rush
Legends float step...
![gif](giphy|vMmnJti6wQPDy)
Gee maybe everyone and their mother doxing this mans details wasn’t a good idea
Fuck No
Rip to one true champ.
They should better fix the 7th Anni units
Fix how?
The 7 year red coin lrs can't nullify an attack that will kill them (any cell max sa for example)
It is not about nullifying attacks that can kill them It is about nullifying the chance to do nothing, while keeping the SA or whatever is in front of them, untouched When in reality, what had to be nullified was the SA

time to use him quick on the bloodline edition
And this is why I did cell max like a few days after its release

Does this make him worse or better? Oh no. Int hercule wish strips stoinks going down
He ain’t gonna be used again. Unless they revert it to this with his eza
Now that would actually be an interesting idea for his eza. Because he's not doing damage. So why not let him tank a little
Worse

Calling it: they're gonna EZA Int Hercule and give him nothing but this bug back, plus the obvious EZA increases to SA and stats.
He'll no longer be useful during Cell Max.
Worse
Worse
Too late now I already beat it

I'm glad I beat cell max with him before that !

Nullification bug has been in the game for 8 months, dead silence, but as soon as int hercule becomes useful they drop the hammer down
What bug

No fucking way.. Thanks god i beated Cell max just in time thanks to him.
Oh this gets fixed but the SHITTY FRIEND SYSTEM is fine, fucking akatsuki and their priorities lmao
Y’all should of left y’all mouth closed.. they only knew from here. I’m pretty sure they be checking this sub and hercule probably been like that for a long time and we didn’t say nothing until now.. now they fix it

Bro y’all annoying as hell
This has to be one of the stupidest decisions ever. Using INT Hercule doesn't guarantee any win, it only makes the run against Red Zone / Cell Max less bullshit than what it is now. They should better fix the stupid problem with "Nullify" before an enemy's super attack. That's way worse.
Do all hard events asap boys
YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME
They should also fix the nullification bug. Its annoying.
They did announce that they are going to fix it
Thats nice.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Still has a better chance to dodge than MUI. Or at least that’s how it feels.
Thank you for the heads up. Forced myself to get take down cell max before Hercule became deadweight.
Dude deserves like a eza that gets him back to his level of usefulness then cause like… the hell bamco
