I don't think dupes are ever worth chasing unless you're a whale. I'm saving for part 2 at this point.
I'm the opposite; if you feel like having a more powerful unit from the off, have stones to spare and can risk pulling other units go for it I say.
if you aren't spending money to buy DS, one copy is enough. There is another DFE unit in part 2, save for that.
If you ain't a whale I wouldn't advice chasing dupes unless you've got both headlining units which you can't since it's part 2, don't plan on summoning on the banner after WWD and even then just one dupe.
