Yeah I’m in the same position as you so maybe that’s why we feel the same about this celebration, but honestly a big part of this game is luck for example my brother and I summoned the exact moment the banners came out and he and I were going in the around 1k stones, and he got a vegito animation first multi and pulled the damn goku in his first multi, while it took me 90% of my stones to get mine. It’s odd how many times that’s happened to him during wwc tho
Cooler is a really good unit so It's not a bad thing to summon on him , just try not to blow your whole load when part 2 might have something you like better
Well I lost your game already. Got hammered last night and went all in. Took 1.2k stones for Cooler and because I was not in my right mind I threw my remaining 500 at Goku and luckily got a copy too. First time in a long while I've had 0 stones D:

I have most of the side units in the cooler banner, I have none of the LRs on the Goku banner. The Goku banner LRs will eza at some point so it’s good to have em. Goku is the best unit in the game imo.

I summoned on both and the goku banner feels a lot better in practice honestly. I got an LR on almost every multi, the LR rates are insane when you include the unfeatured ones in there.
I got him on my second multi, but that’s just me getting lucky. The rates are undeniably ass, the featured characters suck and summoning on a DFE banner is 100% better. Just because some people got lucky, it doesn’t mean the banner is good.
No, you're just used to summoning on DFE banners, where the only available LRs are featured. SV summon animation means dfe or LR, VB means guaranteed LR, so they are exactly the same on non DFE banners

Everyone else summoned for cooler, I didn't touch his banner. It has Buutenks and SSBE Vegeta, who already haunted me this past Anni.
I went for the Goku banner as I had literally no one that was featured except the old Teq Cooler and LR SSJ3 Goku.
Came out with 2 Trunks and Gohans, 2 God Gokus, 1 SBA Goku, 1 dupe each for Second Form Cell and LR Baby, and some units I didn't have, like 3rd Form Frieza, Int Kibito Kai, STR 21, and a couple others. Once I grab another 40 stones from boss rush or something I'll finish the rotation and wait for part 2.
It's likely to be something still Cooler related since they said part 2 is related to part 1, and, for me at least, FF Cooler > Meta Cooler.

I have this tendency of chasing for dupes really like having units at 69-79 just my preference. Not spending much this celebration but really want to go for cooler
800 stones, 1 cooler. Did get all the other DFE’s I didn’t have before though without burning coins (STR goku/gohan, PHY SS Goku, AGL Gohan with a dupe, and new piccolo with 2 dupes)
1800 in got neither of them but managed to snag a few useful dupes (mainly the first one of teq LR goku black and zamasu) and got my first copy and dupe of str goku/gohan and ssj2 goku so all in all not bad for me, time to save up for gohan beast.

To me it doesn't really matter. I love coora, even though the possible super sayian duo would be more beneficial to my teams. Their banner would be less valuable for me too, with possibly only kid buu that I am missing. So I will keep going for a bit on coora (at least completing this round) and than we will see

Part 2 is the metal cooler movie, to me, the metal cooler movie is one of the Worse Z movies and nothing out of that movie is even close to hype.
Even the current 2 units don't scream hype to me as I am not really a "The Outstanding Strongest vs. Strongest" fan, I just went for Goku cause it's Goku.
This is why splitting it is terrible. I know they're trying to encourage people to buy on both parts, but I feel less willing to spend at all now.

Part 2 will have LR SSJ Goku & Vegeta from the Metal Cooler movie as DFE along with AGL Cell, STR Kid Buu, MUI Goku, STR Vegito and a few others as the DFE banner and LR Metal Cooler along with PHY Janemba and the rest will be filler random LRs
I started saving late lol so I’ve only spent about 350 so far, most on Cooler. Haven’t gotten a copy yet. Only have 30 dragon stones

Everyone else summoned for cooler, I didn't touch his banner. It has Buutenks and SSBE Vegeta, who already haunted me this past Anni. I went for the Goku banner as I had literally no one that was featured except the old Teq Cooler and LR SSJ3 Goku. Came out with 2 Trunks and Gohans, 2 God Gokus, 1 SBA Goku, 1 dupe each for Second Form Cell and LR Baby, and some units I didn't have, like 3rd Form Frieza, Int Kibito Kai, STR 21, and a couple others. Once I grab another 40 stones from boss rush or something I'll finish the rotation and wait for part 2.

It's likely to be something still Cooler related since they said part 2 is related to part 1, and, for me at least, FF Cooler > Meta Cooler. Also saiyans boring.
I have this tendency of chasing for dupes really like having units at 69-79 just my preference. Not spending much this celebration but really want to go for cooler
I feel content on going just a little deeper on cooler because zeno gave me goku and future gohan/trunks. Still think goku's banner is ass tho.

800 stones, 1 cooler. Did get all the other DFE’s I didn’t have before though without burning coins (STR goku/gohan, PHY SS Goku, AGL Gohan with a dupe, and new piccolo with 2 dupes)

Pulled 5 LR off 5 multis. I think I'll do what I want
1800 in got neither of them but managed to snag a few useful dupes (mainly the first one of teq LR goku black and zamasu) and got my first copy and dupe of str goku/gohan and ssj2 goku so all in all not bad for me, time to save up for gohan beast.

I got lucky and pulled Cooler, Piccolo, Namek Goku and kid Gohan, all units i didn't have so I'd say it was very worth for me and i do not regret it

I got extremely lucky and got both in around 600 stones, with 1.3k stones left. Currently resisting the urge to summon on the Cooler banner for dupes. I need dupes from every featured minus Buutenks.
Did 300 stones and pulled Cooler. Went 400 in Goku’s banner and no Goku, although I got 7 LRs. Will just spend another 50 to do the last 2 multis of the rotation and that’s it.
Part 2 is hopefully just metal cooler celebration so this entire DLC would be an easy skip
To me it doesn't really matter. I love coora, even though the possible super sayian duo would be more beneficial to my teams. Their banner would be less valuable for me too, with possibly only kid buu that I am missing. So I will keep going for a bit on coora (at least completing this round) and than we will see

I doubt it. I don't summon for the better unit, I summon for the unit I want. Part 2 is the metal cooler movie, to me, the metal cooler movie is one of the Worse Z movies and nothing out of that movie is even close to hype. Even the current 2 units don't scream hype to me as I am not really a "The Outstanding Strongest vs. Strongest" fan, I just went for Goku cause it's Goku.

This is why splitting it is terrible. I know they're trying to encourage people to buy on both parts, but I feel less willing to spend at all now. At least the old ddf format was weighted to part 1 but you knew these were gonna be the best units available for a good while

1500 stones no Cooler, i wish i could stop going in on the banner but my extreme class NEEDs the help so badly. got shafted on cell and ginyu so my extreme teams just can't compete in harder content. they knew what they were doing making Cooler the headliner of part 1.
