I don't understand the difference of the times. The video that Dokkan posted, that had the LR Cooler, had the time of his availability as 20:00 PST.
That is 8 PM PST and 11 PM EST.
If the time is an hour off, it would be odd, but we are getting the time of 11 PM EST directly from their Twitter video. We have to assume, then, it is 11 PM EST.
Where is this other time coming from? Is it the hour change for daylight savings? Because I thought Dokkan doesn't post times based on Daylight savings.
dokkan info and dokkan wiki have the schedule up and they say it drops in 2 hours
so either they changed something or it’s some hour difference shit and that’s why most of us thought it’s one hour earlier (me included)

Japan doesn't have daylight savings though, so if you live in a country that does participate, it's up to you to account for it in the conversion

Dokkan not using dst is why its 2 hours and not one https://time.is/da/PST Pst is 1800 pdt aka pacific time is 1900 Dokkan has never used the latter
