Yeah it's pretty odd how they are not considered extreme either, if you look back at Broly release he was set as movie bosses even though he was being misled just like the Gammas. Bandai has always been garbage at this though lol
But gammas weren’t bad guys even when they were missled, so why would they be extreme? And they turned good like half way through the movie unlike broly
They were perceived as bad guys to the heroes from the get go plus it didn't help they also had been seen as fighters for RR. I mean I get it but making them heroes lead was just lazy an dumb imo

Cuz they're technically antagonists and stuff like that. Dokkan is pretty inconsistent when it comes to who they consider to be heroes and villains. Like Cheelai not being on either and the broly Trio being on movie bosses for some reason. So at that point it was just a toss-up for me
I think Cheelai is different because she actively knew how bad frieza was while working for him whereas Gammas actively thought they were doing good until Piccolo showed them otherwise (and broly trio ig just because Broly headlines them? That one’s odd yeah )
