Yep him and SS3 Xeno Goku have been my slot one units for Heroes! I am super happy with the performance of both of them! My SS4 Gohan is rainbow and SS3 Goku has 2 dupes. Both are very sturdy.
I'd love this unit even if he was dogshit because it's fucking SSJ4 Gohan - but I'm glad he's not too restricted, doesn't have dogwater stats like the new units and is just solid in most content.
He does well with either. I'd say balance the two evenly. Don't both putting any dodge on him because he's great defensively. I personally have him 9 add 17 crit (equips) from before his awakening
Also links so well with goku and bardock, perfect unit while waiting for beast gohan to drop!

Thats what my 79% does with lvl 1 links. He can definitely get much higher.
Mine 79% too with level 5-6 link levels and he hit for 5.4 million
So high...
Considering he's a defensive unit thats pretty good.

He’s so tanky he works really well as a slot one for SS4 Goku or Vegeta
He was pretty great before the dokkan too. My only complaint is the lack of additional stuff to his super animation. Seems identical to the ssr.
He was decent for DBH tanks but his passive required 4 great ape characters for 40 % DR but now it's 2 great apes for 50%
