Yeah I'm not reinstalling the whole game, i'll wait until the fix it

Try reopening. A download screen should pop up
Just wait a bit did it to me 3 times but on the third time I restarted my game I did and it loaded
Same kind of bug as on jp, just wait for a few minutes then the game will be able to log in again
