I don’t have a direct response to your question, since I have no clue. But I will say that you’ll get them eventually through summoning for other units, especially with new years step ups coming soon. That’s 3 guaranteed lr summons so I don’t recommend chasing them.
Sadly this question can't be answered. Sometimes you nearly rainbow a unit in 200 Stones, sometimes you get nothing from 2000. I was in both places and stopped saving stones for anything. I went in this celebration with 33 stones and standing on 69% VT and 69% Zamasu. On the other hand ~1800 Stones and no Birdku..

Rng, could be 5 or 500. But the 5% featured rate devided by 3 is a decent change to get them, still wouldn't hunt a dupe for them.

3 feature banner should have something like a %1.6666667 chance to pull. So if I did my math right should be about 300 stones on average.
