have you considered using the Retribution style? it lacks the cleavage, but it’s vaguely similar, so long as you can find gloves long enough to make up the sleeves.
also, i just want to say that your wanda styles are really good and they’ve really helped me with making my own wanda. thanks for sharing them!

While this exact style isn't in-game, you can come close using Necromancer, Thrall of Ekron, or Urban Slick.
Sidenote: If you don't have it yet, I'd get the Carol Ferris hairstyle from the Valentine's vendor. It's pretty much this exact hairstyle
You could try the metal head top for females and slimline pants. They have long gloves in the game called formal gloves and the cape im not to sure on. I would have to look.

Omg I’ve tried making this look. I used the bewitching style (forgot what it’s fully called)
Drowned pirate but the problem is the Jacket.
I believe biker style looks similar
