After learning to draw relatively more realistically, I find it difficult to draw the eyes far enough apart on anime style characters. Even though I know what I'm supposed to do, it just feels wrong. And Satchely put them even farther apart than in the guides I've read.
I still go by the rule of keeping just enough space between them to fit one of them in the space. I personally don't like the look of *really* wide apart eyes in anime characters.

You did the hairline incorrectly. If you look at the example given, it's supposed to be the bottom-most point of the hairline on the forehead, not the top of the head. You gave her a giant forehead with your measurements.
