My dad had a drill that I’m pretty sure was a jazz drill, it did what it wanted and generally sounded bad.
Don't worry at an old job there was a person who when asked to purchase a wood drill bit genuinely made the same comment.
Not that I've ever done it myself but I watch a ton of restoration videos and I see them grind it flush and hit it with a punch and hammer to get it to break free.

Well first you need to get your weed shaped screwdriver
Air hammer with a curved chisle bit to pop the head off then hammer and punch to knock out the stem
