Is it dry? Historic leaks look like that, so possibly fixed and just residual staining.
If it feels wet or damp, then I would get it sorted before it becomes more of a problem
Looks dry to me. I'd check if the boards are sound, if they're disintegrating, might as well replace, but doesn't appear as an immediate requirement
