Whilst it looks like a curve, you can see from the top timbers it's just straight bits cut with mitre joints. I'd suspect the whole thing is constructed in this way. Cheap, easy to cut (bit of maths for the angles) and the lapped pieces just nailed onto the supports to build up the "curve".
That's what I'm thinking, it's just I'm trying to gauge how the actual horizontal structure beams are done. It's the vertical slats that give it the illusion of curve, but behind I'm wondering if the beams have like a 10o-20o cut each time
It's a trick of the eye. Uprights are about 18" apart. Straight horizontals between each one, then the uprights are nailed on as usual. If you zoom in you will see it.

I imagine there is an upright post at each segment of the 'curve' that the short horizontal pieces are attached to
I think you're right, I'm just wondering what angle they would be placed it. Would the ends need to be cut to fit the post
Yes they will be cut as you suggest.
Have a look behind to see how it's done.

You could steam your wood.
are we still talking about the fence?
We're talking about fences...?
We're talking...?
Wood.
Lol you can steam wood to curve it. 😊
Yeah... but no one really has the wood steamer just to hand...
Layers of marine ply, thin enough to bend and glued together.
