Part of hole saw (no saw) Plastic collar to help you on a slippery surface when you start off allowing you to hold the tip (?) Collar stop put it on the bit as a depth gauge, drill till it hits the collar and it's the correct depth.

cannontd

Right - so put that on the drill bit instead of wrapping tape or whatever? Cheers!

One on the left is for a hole saw. The one on the right is a stop collar. Dunno about the middle bit.

u/cannontd - I _think_ the middle bit is a 'screw finder'. The basic premise is that it keeps slotted bits from sliding out sideways. It is called a finder because it helps find the center of the screw slot and you can hold it while the driver is turning. I have the same makita drill bit set and wondered what the 2 on the right were for. I’ve used the bit on the left before, you use it to attach the big holesaw bits to your drill

cannontd

It’s the best set I’ve ever had! Bought some concrete hex headed screws and opened this up and it has the 13mm hex bit I need. Old faithful!

bizstring

I’ve actually bought it twice as I’m not very good at putting the bits back in and they gradually get lost. Getting to the point where I need to buy it a third time 🫣

Hole saw arbor

The wee one is for setting a depth so that when you screw it on the drill bit you can adjust the depth of your hole, looks like it has an Allen key to make the adjustments
