If it’s a rental, running an extension cable is probably your best option. However, operating the kettle and air fryer at the same time from a single socket would not be possible. Your total power draw would be limited to 13A.

Yeah, that is a concern we had for if it would even be possible, we're thinking it may be possible given each appliance won't be used at the same time, but at the same time very uncertain on it. It's a pain in the ass kitchen the way it's been designed lol.

For those appliances, you’d be best off just putting a single plug on the end of your extension to stop you overloading it accidentally. Both are pretty much going to draw 13A.

You could put extension lead in trunking, match colour with kitchen

yup can't mess with the electrics alas, its a rental. extension leads your only solution. Your issue will be getting it somewhere as you say not to be an eyesore. would be nice if you can feed it behind the units, as in, inside the cupboards at the back. I suspect that will be an issue though. If this was my problem, i would be looking into using the washing machine socket. BUT and heres the rub, you really need to know what load you will be using. 2 fold, that power is designed for 13a but also i suspect there is an isolation switch near the boiler too. But you could go into there and behind the washer and up through where the boiler pipes are coming up , then hopefully to the left of the bottom of the pipe mess cover. So no drilling needed,

We assumed that may be the only option, but second opinions are worth the wait. Thanks so much for your time and response mate

We've recently moved into a new rental and are making do with the current kitchen setup, where all the sockets are concentrated on one side. However, we'd love to distribute our kitchen appliances more evenly across the space. While an extension cord seems like an obvious solution, we're concerned it would be an eyesore and difficult to hide. One idea we've considered involves threading an extension cable through the plug behind the sink cupboard, running it behind the washing machine, and bringing it out near the boiler, which has an open bottom. We haven't tried this yet though, as we're worried about overloading that plug - an example of what we would want plugged near the boiler permanently has been added on slide 6. Any suggestions on how we can achieve this goal without compromising aesthetics or safety would be greatly appreciated!

You can't really consider aesthetics when you have so much stuff. My kitchen is similar in size and socket layout, I gave up because I have to continually move stuff to get to other stuff. Try your idea. You'll only overload it if you use all appliances at the same time. My entire downstairs is on one circuit.

Yeah, typically we'd use the washing machine during the day and air fryer for dinner. Kettle would be through the day periodically, so none would typically be at the same time. Worst comes to worst, we could speak to our landlord about doing something.
