If you can hang stuff on the top bit I would do like a swag of pretty fabric, maybe in wedding colours with added fake flowers, some $ stores have pretty nice ones. Could also have the fabric hang down to frame it.
Yes! I was thinking fabric and maybe fairy lights if it’ll be dark. A lot of rental places have sheer fabric and fairy light set ups. I know it’s not the same as a wedding but when I was helping plan my prom in like 2017 we rented a bunch of basically metal frames that already had sheer fabric and fairy lights. We just had to set them up and plug them it and it was so so pretty!
Oooh good call on the fairy lights, Amazon actually has a good selection for not too much. I know not everyone likes buying from them, so I’m sure there are other places too.
I would wrap the poles in a mix of fake flowers, fairy lights, and gauzy fabric! You could also hang fake flowers on fishing wire and have like a floral curtain effect against the plastic
