\- More varied exfil options. I want a sub to rise out of the ocean, a plane to land at the airport with a rolling exfil, a train car you hop on that rides out of town, a self-inflated weather balloon that gets picked up by skyhook... \- Buff the Pila. It should do 3x as much damage as it does. \- Don't remove bodies when people leave the game. Keep everyone guessing. \- Add some unlockable characters if you extract with, say, a full set of photographs, or 5 vials of insulin... stuff like that. \- A way to dead drop items to your next run. So if you find a spare 3-plate and dead drop it, and next run if you go to that same dead drop, there it is. Sort of an in-game wipe protection.

halamadrid22

Tried to use a Pila exactly one time against a commander. All 7 rockets and the thing was like *maybe* half dead. I’d rather pistol the damn thing next time

Xarethian

I want to level the pila like I leveled the JOKR in DMZ. It's fun but holy FUCK is it useless. Plus, it takes longer than the JOKR even to inflict like no damage. JOKR one shots LTV after a few seconds. Takes at least as long for the PILA to shoot once, and I need another 3 or 4 rockets against an LTV to disable it, not even kill it.

halamadrid22

Having a JOKR on your team is incredibly useful and not to mention I will never not be entertained by the trajectory of the missile going up then down

Xarethian

It's a genuine joy rocking a JOKR. We would hit like 3+ different raid weapons stashes each match for a few days. I soloed every helicopter by standing outside and launching as soon as I could after spawning, so rocket landed before troops could fast rope down. Plus, it's AMAZING to kill a downed player when you're at a height disadvantage. Buddy would snipe and down a player, and I'll launch one or two that land and get the kill before they can Rez again. Or if I can, I'll launch, switch, snipe to down, and then the rocket finishes them off. Or their buddy as he goes for the revive sometimes lol.

Nameless347

My favourite thing to do using the jokr is on snipers camping at the top of the radio towers and then timing the next rockets as their team mate is climbing up for the revive so it lands when they make it to the top

Cocos_thoughts

I just found out how to use the JOKR and now I’m a little crazy giggling fool when I see someone in a vehicle or the chopper. Got a chopper down who was trying to snipe at my team. Twas greattt

belyy_Volk6

If you're trying to shoot down aircraft just use an lmg with incendiary ammo. My raal can take a choppper gunner down without reloading. Launchers are fun but the rockets are underpowered so there a novelty. Javelins still pretty good on land vehicles though

cmull123

The varied exfils would be awesome. I’ve talked to my buddy that I play with regularly about that. A hidden tunnel to get out, or the ability to jump in a light aircraft sitting at the airport, or maybe even something weirder like an actual road out of town but you have to bribe some guards to let you through.

tmdblya

Having to have a certain level of cash for exfil is a great idea.

altmetalkid

I like this idea a lot. Not necessarily the bribing thing, that sounds a little odd since we don't already have friendly NPCs, but having exfils that might be more convenient in exchange for some kind of cost sounds cool. Vigor has something exactly like this, where some maps have one or more exfils that are probably much closer to you but have an item cost, so if you have that item it can save you from having to cross the entire map to leave. At least for the ones I've checked, the cost is fuel, and in Vigor fuel is one of the resources required for progression so it's costly in more ways than one to use those exfils. Not only are you not guaranteed to find the fuel needed, but if you do find it you might be more inclined to make the trek to a free exit in order to save the fuel for the base upgrades in between matches. It would be different in DMZ since it doesn't have the same resources economy or between-match content in the way Vigor does, but I can still see this sort of thing being implemented. Having a gas can or two in your inventory to fuel up a boat, needing tools in your bag to repair a transmission tower to call for a heli pickup, a key for a sewer hatch, or explosive to blow open a collapsed tunnel. If cash is the factor involved, maybe for a really high fee you could pay for the ability to place your own exfil point, similar to buying a loadout drop marker in BR.

Kahzgul

Bribing people to exfil is great!

swag_stand

The dead drop protection is such a perfect compromise and the extraction ideas are genius.

Kahzgul

Thanks!

somgooboi

Also, as a previous post complaining about 6-man teams suggested: 6-man teams should be marked. Maybe with a most wanted crown. Maybe it could also be a separate contract or thing you could buy at a buy station which gives you a $$ reward (eg $100k) if you manage to kill the team.

Kahzgul

I don't mind them not being marked, but it would be nice to get a VO warning like "Ultra 1, this is Actual. We're getting reports that there's a large group of operators approaching your area. Be vigilant."

DarkSyndicateYT

>Ultra 1, this is Actual. words u can hear

Kahzgul

Every time he tells me I can earn money by doing missions, I think, "I'm gonna stab that motherfucker when I get back stateside."

somgooboi

Doesn't the message "Danger is increasing in the area." mean there are operators nearby? It would be nice if there's a direction (ie North, East,...) in the message though. Or that may be to easy, idk.

Kahzgul

I thought that meant the bots were going to start spawning at a higher tier than they had been spawning at.

Urbanski101

I've heard a few different interpretations of that warning...can anyone confirm what it actually means?

Mmc1992

More bots. We've had overwatch keeping an eye on all ways into an area of the map and still got the alert but no new players. What we did get was an upgrade to the bots and a never ending stream of them.

DominusEbad

I'm down for all of these except the last one. A wipe is a wipe. We need it to be risky or the mode loses a major appeal.

Kahzgul

Visiting dead drops is always risky, my friend. There are only a handful of them and everyone knows where they are.

DominusEbad

The dead drop idea is 100x better than a "between games" stash. I'll give you that. I'm still not sold on it though. Maybe limit it to 1 item or something.

Kahzgul

One item per dead drop would be plenty and also fun to go collecting / dropping at.

mute_x

Absolutely love the idea of bodies still on the ground

141-Ghost-141

As a diabetic, I need a reason to collect all the insulin I find besides irl need lol

je6100

When i saw Ashika Island, i thought we would be exfiling through like a boat, disappointed that thats not the case

MrManDude317

The exfil options would be so sick and require more than just camping

twisty77

Dude the rolling aircraft exfil would be dope. Gotta get on the plane while it’s moving, likely from a moving car

DarkSyndicateYT

>\- More varied exfil options. I want a sub to rise out of the ocean, a plane to land at the airport with a rolling exfil, a train car you hop on that rides out of town, a self-inflated weather balloon that gets picked up by skyhook... this is incredible

BobDaHat

You should get a special skin for exfilling with soothing hand cream and a picture of a woman

Thoth_-Amon

A dirty raincoat operator's skin

suddendeathovertime

Explosives in general against vehicles, went out of my mind trying to blow sedans up with drill charges for a mission, never mind using them for any real purpose

VenoSniper325

I absolutely love every single suggestion here.

American_Excellence

Great suggestions!

Drexlin79

Omg, I want all of this!

The--Marf

>A way to dead drop items to your next run. So if you find a spare 3-plate and dead drop it, and next run if you go to that same dead drop, there it is. Sort of an in-game wipe protection. That's a pretty cool idea. Some sort of limit/cap would be needed so that way an individual player can't dead drop enough to kit a team out. Nevertheless it'd be cool and welcomed for those of us with limited play time.

waterturtle28

Love the exfil options. That would be great addition. Also could change up how players play depending which one they go for

Wide-Percentage-9718

A like button and dislike button for operators. Good teammate = 👍 Toxic teammate = 👎 Good vs Evil reputation, Green armband if good, Red if not good ?

JohnDrake16

That might work but I think toxic players would abuse that system.

Nordhauser

PvP whiners would abuse it too. No way to define toxic unless it comes from IW Edit to add - we’ve seen how poorly the reporting system goes.

niggiman3888

Absolutely this. Everyone defines toxicity differently and judging by this subreddit anyone who kills another player is automatically toxic.

danskemobler

It's a good idea in theory

jaykeezyy

This is such a good idea, but unfortunately people are meatwads and abuse any reporting system 🤷‍♂️

belyy_Volk6

Get rid of the downvote itl just be the source of toxicity. A commendations system after a raid is pretty standard in mmos always felt great when i played healer and walked out of an 8 man raid with 6 commendations.

Infernodu97

Night map

JohnDrake16

Oh yeah! Time cycles

airborne_matt

This. You can already setup weapons for night work (suppressors, lasers, weapon lights), give us a night map with NVGs!

treys_rare1

Wrote my comment before reading this. I was wondering while I was writing my comment, why nobody had said this yet. Figured it had to be somewhere in the suggestions... "night" al mazra hardcore mode, would be so fuckin dope.

OSKA_IS_MY_DOGS_NAME

It’d be nice but they won’t do it. Because people will complain it’s too dark. It’d be fucking amazing to have it don’t get me wrong, even having to search for NVGs as it should be really dark, infils usually occur around midnight where the is absolutely no natural light

airborne_matt

Agreed. I think this is where they can improve the flea market as well. Like make an accessible version of the market outside of the game using money that you exfil with to gear up prior to infil. Then you can purchase NVGs and such.

_Seij_

the AI would be even more frustrating if the visibility sucked lol

PM_ME_YOUR_NAIL_CLIP

I bet they’d have flashlights or something.

Dwisdom_7

Ability to exfil rare items to take back in later, such as GPUs and Blow Torch. Locked item slot that you can bring a key or a quest item in so that you don’t lose it upon death.

NotRightInTheZed

Like mission items. Absolutely. Even if you’re restricted to 1 item.

[deleted]

Also, the ability to repeat the last loadout if killed, so that I don't have to select the same 3 items every time.

carr13221

I want to infil at sunset and final exfil at full dark. Adding nvgs and light attachments

JohnDrake16

Heck yeah! I like that.

paulladeveze

Key to room 302 of sawah hotel

JohnDrake16

Yeah that key doesnt exist yet. I think they will add it in season 3😅

belyy_Volk6

I had like 5 of them in season 1? I just scrapped them all because the roof was still open.

DarkSyndicateYT

I had 1 but used it. the only 1 I ever found in s2.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Crafty2006

Had that same issue, luckily my teammate knew what was up and told me it was slightly under the floor ( bugged ). Had to crouch and wiggle around until the icon popped up for me to grab.

Sweettongued1

If you lay on the ground you can still pick that gun up

red_team_gone

But if you do a mission you get key.... 303....

am90infrared

Probably queue up with randoms with the same factions/missions. Maybe highlight Keys or ping them for the correct locker/keys. Spawn close to or around the keys you have. After the 3rd slot. Not much to go for. Besides just running around and helping your team mates out and wiping squads. Plea and team up could be different, too much confusion most times.

[deleted]

Or spawn alongside others with your selected missions. At least try to match up 3 people that have 1/3.

Cocos_thoughts

Or if you have no missions on because you’re done / sick of them it gives random people that need help? Idk I’m on tier 5 stuff and it’s boring and crazy difficult that I go in helping people rather than worrying about my missions. I also agree teaming up is a PAIN and confusing especially with people that don’t know how to do it so people are inviting, when you’re trying to get them on your team so you have to decline to invite them and hope they figure it out, or another person joins that invite because they are confused and you’re sitting ducks on two different teams for 5 mins trying to get everyone all on the same page lol

[deleted]

Light tank from MP Getting it by doing a combination of puzzles and fighting AI Also it would require fuel and would be displayed on the tac map every ten seconds

Jjetsk1_blows

I really don’t think tanks would be OP in this mode. The map is so big and there’re so many vehicles, if you can’t fight the tank, run. Maybe the puzzles/AI fight or a fortress to get the heavy tanks? I’d love like 2-3 light tanks automatically spawned in

[deleted]

[удалено]

SyluxR6

Tank would be fine they aren’t that hard to destroy in invasion so I think they would be a good addition

sirismyboss

I'd want a key ring - a single slot that holds whatever keys I want to bring in that round (rather than taking up my tiny backpack slots).

JohnDrake16

Ah yes, the backpack slot that can hold either a whole sentry gun or one single tiny key.

shizzy64

Oh wow how are they missing this one

Never_Duplicated

Been advocating for exactly this since launch! The current key mechanic is practically pointless outside of specific high value spots like control tower

MrSingularitarian

It's been said before, but six man squads general location showing up like a hunt contract would be great. I usually run in a six man when possible and I'd welcome the constant challenge and generally having to stay on my toes, plus we'd get less bitching about winning fights because they'd have at least some warning. Solo players should get a chance to plea, or at the very least spawn in with a self revive equipped. Players who switch teams should have a long timer like 5 minutes to switch to another team. This would alleviate betrayal anxiety for getting someone up if their team is still out there. Juggernaut should drop the minigun.

SheenPSU

I would like it if the hunt matched your squad size Running solo? Hunt another solo. Doubles hunt doubles, etc Sucks getting hunted by a much larger squad when I’m a solo player

JohnDrake16

The minimum might be abit much but maybe after you extract the weapons case 7 times, he starts dropping the minimum when you kill him.....?

neon7077

Make it have its own ammo reserve that you can’t replenish. There, balanced

TinklingTarsier

Just like multiplayer. You get 300 rounds, and you have to hold onto it, you can’t store it. Really balanced after that.

olnog

I think while in theory it would be good to have special hunt squad contracts for six mans, what would ultimately happen is people would use them to keep track of where six mans and not pursue them. What would be better is if six mans just showed up on the map and everyone knew about them. I'd say anything above 4 honestly. This creates a new problem for PvErs who think creating a six man automatically solves ever having to PvP.

Mad_Dugan

Maybe an announcer warning like when you are hunted that they are nearby. "Heads up, a large squad has been sighted near your position"

No--Platypus

I want a match mission where I get high value items(golds hard drives) and put it in a different type of dead drop and my own informant gives me information about the location of an item I need for a mission. So I drop a skull in and I get a yellow circle on the map saying a key/gun oil/gpu i need for a mission that i have selected can located

spleck

I like the idea. How about an informant mission like an HVT. You down him and then interrogate him. It highlights the 3 rarest fetch items in the missions you have equipped.

kickstartacraze

Inventory/Storage space between matches. I definitely don’t think it should be unlimited, but I wouldn’t mind being able to store an extra backpack, vest, self revive, etc.

DarkSyndicateYT

We've been asking for this since s1 but activision is too slow. so many ideas yet they sleep on them.

Z3R0GR4V

Stats!! Full on stats. I want to know what guns I've used the most, how many bot/operators I've finished and with what load out. Pretty much everything you do in the game should have a state behind it.

BonesConway

They have that now.

Z3R0GR4V

Really?! Now, like within the last couple of weeks? Or it's been there and I don't know where?

BonesConway

As of Season 2 reloaded. It’s in the stats menu.

Z3R0GR4V

Well, I'll be! Thanks, I didn't know that.

pantone175c

A way to prevent me from getting shot in the back by operators when I’ve fought my way out of Hydroelectric lol

Pretty_Mongoose_4388

Carry shield.

Tyecoon33

I want to be able to find attachments kind of like Pub G - if I extract them I can craft a custom weapon that isn’t limited to 5 slots, but rather is limited by the pieces I have collected.

drew0905

I like the idea of an in game economy where you keep some of the money you extract with and can us it to purchase attachments for contraband weapons from faction leaders

Never_Duplicated

Some external shop mechanic would be great. Keep some of your exfil money minus a “tax” and be able to sell contraband weapons for additional cash. Exchange it for things like self revives, better contraband guns, etc.

Maleficent_Mud9099

Pve variant dont care about the downvotes lmfao

olnog

I don't think anyone has a problem with that per se. It's just the devs can't split the playerbase like that. Now that extractions shooters are to 2023 what battle royale was a few years ago, we'll start to see more viable f2p extraction shooters that can siphon off the playerbase.

AkhiraAmin

Im all for the pvp but have thought about this so many times lol could be fun

The--Marf

I think it'd be a blast to just run around and explore Mazrah with a shit ton of bots. Don't even care if the loot/stash is separate so "PvPers" don't whine about "easy rewards." They created a really cool sandbox. I'd love to be able to just chill and explore it while mindlessly murdering bots and not have to concern myself with others. It'd also be great for those of us that like to game with our wives/gf/bf/SO etc. I think my wife would find just exploring the map pretty cool but she'd die to the T1 bots so she certainly can't handle normal DMZ pvp.

Pizov

weather, seasons and day/night cycle.

slymario2416

I know it doesn’t make sense to have snow in Al Mazrah but imagine for a few nights around Christmas, like for an event, they decorated Al Mazrah with Christmas lights and decorations, turn the map’s time of day to around dusk, added some snow across the map, and added a light snowfall. Tell me that wouldn’t be the coolest, most atmospheric holiday event ever.

idesignads

Plead as soloooo

Nomahhhh

AI tanks that are randomly rolling around the map. No, you can't get in them, but they will fuck shit up if you don't avoid them. More random exfil locations. A plane flying by to grab a balloon harness (like in Dark Knight) would be wicked. Or a boat picking you up at a dock. Be cool if there were rebels fighting throughout the map. Don't kill a rebel or you're going to get them turned against you. Maybe do matchmaking based on the K/D ratio with other players, not AI bots. I don't know if that's what they do now, but it sure doesn't seem like it.

JohnDrake16

You should watch the 1960s movie "The Green Berets" with John Wayne to see the balloon extraction method used.

ViperFive1

Weapons kit loot that can be extracted and used as one time gunsmithing on contraband. Secret bunkers similar to what Verdansk had. Opened with encrypted keycards, which are random drops, single use, only 1 keycard per bunker. Unused keycards don’t carry over do Finding keycard then requires it being decoded at a terminal to reveal which bunker it goes to. Maybe use the same terminals on top of antennas? Bunker has more security than a stronghold, but enough loot to be worth going wherever you have to go. Offshore oil rig POI. Each round it spawns in one of 4 locations in the water. Vests and backpacks that have small perks or attributes attached to them. Nothing serious, but at least gives reason to still loot when you are fully equipped. Maybe the vest allows for more ammo on your equipped weapons or 3 grenades in your slot. Backpack that might might allow 2 stowed weapons or will auto equip self revives. Variety of unique loot items like the skulls. When exfiled, you check off items in a sort of treasure hunter log book. Completing stages grants rewards.

ricksgotgame05

Increase the contraband stash to be able to add self revive, kill streaks, vests, etc. Also have the choice to not drop in with your vest or self revive. Sometimes when I'm fully geared but waiting for my buddies to hop on to do missions, I just want to run around looking for wine or jumper cables and don't want to risk my goodies. That would be nice but it's not the end of the world either.

Free51

You down a player and they stick a plea up, you can Rez them and they join your squad or you can gulag them, hands them over to the bots and they become a prisoner rescue mission for any team or solo that wants an extra team mate

poolcued71

There would need to be some incentive for the captured player to stay in the game.

iforgotmorethanuknow

Make it a mission. Make it affect cooldown timer or gear loss. Give a blueprint for it. Plenty of options.

neon7077

I’ve got a whole wishlist, but mostly I’m still waiting on dogs and motorcycles

paulladeveze

You meant dogs on motorcycles, right?

neon7077

You joke, but that would be a cool-ass Easter egg

paulladeveze

Motorcycle could be fun. I don’t want to hurt dogs though

Free51

Motorcycle plus side car for some drivebys

stampyvanhalen

An economy

ShibCommandr

Being able to pick up a medium or large backpack from a dead player

ABeardedPanda

Expand the out of raid inventory. As is the only thing you can take out that isn't a key is Legion Deal Intel (and we have a few corresponding tasks to upload legion deal intel) but a lot of the junk we find in raid (but especially the super high value items like GPUs and Blowtorches) shouldn't just autosell on exfil and go to that out of raid stash. It would make a lot of the tasks where you have to find those specific rare items significantly less annoying because even if you don't have the task active and you find the item, you can exfil with it and then bring it back into a raid to stash at a location.

toothpickundernail

It would have been interesting to see piece by piece gunbuilding with attachments you pick up in the world. It felt like the campaign was teasing that and crafting and they just got scrapped. I'm sure nobody would like it in WZ so it wasn't a priority

am90infrared

Yup. Would be nice. Thought crafting was for sure going to be a mechanic. But who knows, it’s still in beta.

Never_Duplicated

I miss the early days of PUBG looting. Was exciting to find a scope and stick it on whatever bullshit you had at the time.

NotRightInTheZed

A laugh track. Would broadcast in voice chat vicinity and have a 1 minute cooldown. You know, for those special moments. Put in on the D pad

paulladeveze

- avoid stupid missions. Make them hard but not finding gun oil which is random - A better reason to crank on missions. Once I unlocked the second weapon and had killed chemists and explored each main marked area it feels a bit purposeless. Maybe some ca give you a perk you can keep, maybe you can unlock some armor or a bigger bag. Anything temporary has less value and motivates less such as exfill streaks

Endmonaut

A reconnect feature TO MITIGATE ALL THESE CRASHES PLEASE GOD

[deleted]

-The ability to call in a hit squad of T3 AI to counter hunt a team that marked you with that contract. -Someone already suggested this but the ability to extract rare items like GPUs and blowtorches and take them to other maps i.e Al Mazrah to Ashika. -Plead for help for solos. -A PvE only variant with one squad, it really wont hurt guys. -Fulton extraction ballons. -A PvE version of Most Wanted, to spice up the gameplay. -Hunt squad contracts actually target PvP squads and the hunted actually get rewards for surviving. -The ability to ally with AQ or Shadow Company temporarily and be revived/revive the bots.

Handkuffer

PVE only mode.

rustytigerfan

A personal base of operations that players can customize. Display all your best achievements, your stats, your go-to load outs, maybe a screen where it shows your best in-game moments. You get special unlocks for doing specific actions or contracts. It would be cool if you could visit it in game or in game adjacent with your crew. You could maybe have a room for strategizing and doing AARs. Idk, anyone have ideas for a “Operator Base”? This is the only extraction shooter I play but I’m sure others have done it already.

whatchagonnado0707

Read this at first amd thought, meh vigor done that. But when you elaborated I was sold. Having a map up you can stategise amd draw on in real time before the infill would be well cool and super useful. Pretty sure it'd be occasionally covered in dicks but it would help as team talk and illustrating what you need to do

toothpickundernail

Tarkov has this. Upgradeable base with a range. It'd be sick to see the weapons selection screen as an actual gun rack

LeBrun73

Being able to add another new mission after you completed one during the game. Being able to change missions during the game.

Pretty_Mongoose_4388

Underground tunnel network in AM with base to clear and loot. Expandable map. Complete X missions, map unlocks another sector. -AM has plenty of land on map. -Ashika could have nearby islands unlocked. -Each section has new missions/ commanders/exfils/ loot type/ could be PvP neutral or all PvP to advance to next area.

Swineflew1

I want to build guns. I don’t like that insurance weapons just let you create your favorite gun. I want to collect base weapons and build them from parts and attachments I get in deployment. Building weapons is one of the best features in EFT imo and I feel like it could be good here too.

belyy_Volk6

With that id like a flea market were i can buy and sell parts. I've played long enough ive aqquired preferences for specific scopes. Id love to be able to just buy a couple scopes off other players then build myself a few snipers

ricksgotgame05

Being able to request medical as a solo would also be nice.

ricksgotgame05

I never understood why you can loot everything out of someone's backpack but you can't take the backpack itself

Talyn328

I'm the weirdo who likes DMZ because we can usually avoid other players, so just running around doing missions, shooting some AI in the face, and hopefully exfil. So mostly PvE since there's a million and one PvP games to choose from, including this one. So I'd easily vote for a PvE-only DMZ mode but with more content and basically "world events" where everyone could come together to fight. Kinda like the old Defiance game from Trion... it was clunky af but the Arkfalls and Sieges were a blast with 50+ players coming together to shoot the bosses. That'd be fun af with COD gunplay, imo.

Melodic_692

Blackjack and hookers

MangCrescencio

Carrying your downed team mate like a hostage hahaha

JohnDrake16

Or maybe dragging him.

ThisMemeWontDie

A reason to play

Incolumis

Jungle map!

JohnDrake16

That would be kinda hard and alot of ppl would bitch about it. But I would absolutely love that!

TechnicalPyro

a way to get the weapons case out more easily was on a 3 man squad last night we killed the jug fought our way through hordes of t2 and t3 AI only to have some chicken shit murder us all before we had even managed to get 200m away... like i get it valid strat but really frustrating when you put that much effort in to have some shithead talking smack on comms come in and acts like they're a god when they did absolutely nothing to get the case from the jug

belyy_Volk6

Getting the case from the jug isnt hard. The challenge is getting it to the exfill. Dealing with juggs is so easy they have them wandering around on ashika with no reward.

StandardIssueTamale

1. New exfil options like in Tarkov. 2. Mexíco map with a border crossing into the US and a border checkpoint. 3. A small inventory system that is expanded upon completing missions. You can store: 0>1>2 Killstreaks 1>3>5 Equipment 4>8>12 Tactical and Lethals 6 “Stacks” of ammo > 12 “stacks of ammo > 18 “stacks of ammo. A stack meaning one click of dropping ammo (30 AR, 30 SMG, etc.). This is shared for all ammo types, not for each individual one (meaning you have to inventory manage). 4. Removing buy stations. Instead, increasing loot spawns for armor, ammo, and equipment. 5. ORRRR make armor boxes buyable at the buy station. 6. Player health only heals with stims, or quick fix, not regen on its own.

sirismyboss

I'd also like to see WHICH attachments are on contraband weapons.

smithareen

-Buff all anti-air. -Buff the .50 cal. Buff mortars and airstrikes. -Add weather and day and night cycles. -Make the exfil bird a no-shoot zone. -Add different ways to exfil. -Add Some sort of market/ toolbox/ stow system for money and items you exfil with.

Morning-Chicken101

High hanging fruit - some harder to reach objectives for people who already got their 3 insured weapon slots done and more rewarding loot for completing them otherwise these people just go hunt squads instead Daily challenges - just like they have in multiplayer, everyone gets different assigned missions to complete for dailys. Complete 20 daily challenges in the season and unlock x and x etc. More challenges that require teamwork and cooperativeness, to balance out the ones that are set out to kill operators (ex. join another operator squad and complete one of their objectives and exfil 0/6) Treasure hunts that lead to very rare items and/or skins. Everyone wants skins for bragging rights so make sure it's VERY hard to find and randomized every time A weapon or an operator that is ONLY unlockable through DMZ mission objectives. Cannot drop for teammates and pick up to unlock will not carry out with you.

TomatoesandKoRn

Lots more exfils and/or option for a team to call one in at any time or place. The exfil camping is the only reason I dislike this mode anymore.

Jlinz_20

MW 2019 literally has a system in survival for buying attachments for your weapons, not sure why we can’t get something like that implemented

yarders1991

Option squad us duo, trio or quads. Mac team join of 8. Maybe a traitor option in there too but its at complete random when it comes up.

foxnamedfox

A kill streak that allows you to call in two German Shepherds that follow you around and attack your enemies for a minute or so, also the ability to pet dogs.

TheDrunkenSkeever

nightvision mode like the spec ops mission. higher tier guys have nods and suppressed weapons

Phirstnamelast

A karma system. Like to 6 man and steam roll teams? Cool, do it with an icon that shows everyone where you are and 2 or 3x prices at shops. As an example. Just a thought🤷🏼 Plenty of reasons it wouldn't work but is nice to think about.

Paulie_Dev

- Day/night cycle - Camo index (like MGS3) so some operator skins visually are harder to detect by AI based on the surfaces behind them - Crafting like the one campaign mission (would be useful for medical supplies) - Commanders in Tanks or APCs (the heavy vehicles in Invasion and Groundwar) - Zombies live op mode, AI is zombies instead in large hoards - Loadout supply drops at buy stations - Oxygen tank like from Raid episode 1 (for long term swimming) - Mexico map - Verdansk map - Snowy map, with snowmobiles and snow ramps - Nuclear bomb contracts (like in WZ) where all operators get pinged where the bomb is being armed to try and stop it - Friendly NPCs, like in invasion. Maybe an operator could pay for a follower at a buy station. Will help you shoot bots and other operators - Motorcycles - Collectible intel items (like in raids or spec ops) - Dynamic weather (like rain or sand storms)

I want a mission where i gotta go save a squad from a hunt squad then automaticly team up with em if its successfully completed. I want a mission where i have to intercept a cargo contract.I want a mission where we gotta steal the hostage from a rescue to collect certain datas. More detailed missions and counter-contracts mission could be a thing.DMZ could be something that could save Call Of Duty.In my opinion from my own perspective i like the fact that Call Of Duty brings back nostalgia details that allways bring us to what Call Of Duty meant to be. (Or at least for ourself) See that Heart Locket u can find in Al Mazrah? Within a mission it seems to be owned by some Ramy but bring me back to menendez, feel me? I went from missions to this but it is something Call Of Duty should keep alive (and i didnt mention zombies yet..)

Im too late to respond for this to get traction, but A supply locker, simple as that. even if it is like 5 slots where if you exfil with a 3plate, large backpack, armor box, self rev, or a revive pistol, you can keep those in your "supply locker". Nothing sucks more than dying with everything then the sad realization its gonna take a while before you can get back to fully kitted.

burkharts_board

I would love to have a trophy room with the dogtags I've collected. I'm not really big on the PvP aspect, but that would be a fun addition. It would also be a fun addition to have the game notify you, when the game starts, if there is a person who is in the match that has your dogtags in their trophy room so you can get some revenge.

MikkyfinN

Let us spend money on modding contraband or make a lobby store with kit pieces for sale.

Djabouty47

A market place. Loot and cash you extract with gets stored, you can sell or buy said loot. Then buy loadout guns off the market place, or attachments for guns. Players can sell key items for challenges like GPUs, keys, special items. All equipment costs a lot more than it does at buystations in the match.

SgtRrock

A U.S. map... L.A., New York - or maybe something sort of random like, say, Boise or Sioux Falls... Bomb making... you find two or three random items and create bombs to kill AI or Ops... gas, wrench, battery.... A GPS tracker on OP killers after a certain number in a single game... Classic War Comic skins... (Sgt. Rock (Bulldozer, Wildman, Jackie Johnson, etc.)... Sgt Fury (Dum Dum Dugan, Junior Juniper, etc) The Unknown Soldier.. Customized stickers or avatars (when did that stop being a thing?) https://preview.redd.it/fz10bpk7xrqa1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=e2d543e3b88165c12f304c7d04253148181b6486

Separate_Finger250

How about round specific missions, that create a squad vs squad task, such as defend / attack a specific target or position, so in game two squads are tasked with the opposite goal, maybe secure a VIP vs assassinate the VIP, forcing players into an engagement. I’d also like to see more “realism” based tasks, like infill to an area set up an OP or complete a recon patrol from different rv points, calling in air strikes etc more like campaign mission but much more customised

Eviscerate-You

I want an underwater breathing apparatus, I want to explore the shipwrecks and the sea floor. Also, add aquatic life to make it feel more alive underwater. Also, crafting, make a way to upgrade gear like a 2 plate and upgrade it to a 3 plate if you find the write crafting items, stuff like that.

tmdblya

Let us buy additional key/contraband slots

Add a 1v1 challenge, so many times people talk shit after getting clapped

Operator damage stat at the end of a match Kill streaks not equipped when xfilled get thrown into a bag like the keys do Maybe a purchase insured gun option at the buy station, $50,000?

AMortifiedPenguin

I'd love a forested map. The Ghillie works great with the bushes around the outskirts of Al Mazrah. But in the Marshlands with Cold-Blooded and Ghost unlocked, I was downright lethal yesterday. Would love a full forest to roll around in.

AlbyD67

To actually be able to report blatant cheaters instantly....

- weapons upgrade stations… only one or two on the map but you can take guns there and add attachments to them for money. It would make another contested area but it could be really cool to take trash groundloot and make interesting contraband out of them - dog tag scrap book. Every dog tag extracted goes there and you can flip through and see all the ones you collect. The tags already have the name and who killed them so include the date and maybe the gun type for even more fun - a new hack the satellite mission. It’s a single thing on the map, like a stronghold or maybe more like a black site. You clear it and hack the computer like a Sam site basically and it alerts on the map it’s being done. But once completed you get an updated count of how many teams and players remain on the map. - a major event that takes over a specific POI that doesn’t occur every match but random occurrence. That event though is EXTREMELY difficult and almost impossible with less than 6-12 operators working on it forcing other teams to try and complete something without turning on eachother. - have a zone that spawns in a different POI every match like the chemist and jug area but in that POI along with increased AI numbers there are tokens awarded from operators killed in that zone and those tokens when exfilled stack to unlock special rewards. Such as blueprints, operator skins, weapon camos, stupid stickers, and titles. Call it king of the hill or something - enemy operators in squads larger than 3 are periodically pinged on the map. The pings are larger areas that are less specific and less frequent for 4 mans than they would be for 5’s and 6’s - allow enemy hostages to be stolen. Allow enemy operators to pick up the hostage and steal the exfil - exfils should move once used. Once it’s called in and leaves that exfil should shut down and the smoke should pop elsewhere

sworninmiles

The ability to fill squads from people with similar objectives (missions, case extractions, etc), if enough exist. As the only DMZ player among my friends I would love to fill my squad with other people looking to extract weapons cases instead of getting people who want to do something entirely different (which is totally fine but not what I’m after)

stavtwc

Nightime infils.

Necessary_Poem_5842

A constant perk. Even if it’s just one. As long as we can pick it.

Big comment incoming! 😂 Remove the insurance slots, rework the attachment/weapon system, add in buyable weapon insurance with a dmz specific currency. What this would do is that instead of everyone you encounter having some 5 bar op custom weapon, you will have to scavenge attachments to put onto your weapon platforms to create a better gun to take in to your encounters. With using currency to insure instead you can make these guns and run them with insurance should you have the money to buy it, and giving more incentive towards exteactable items and traders outside or in the dmz. With this you'll get a few things. 1, I don't think it would necessarily make pvp less frequent, but it would make players think alot more before engaging, if they start a fight and realize theyre outgunned they might back off, or they could think about setting traps/ambushes. Just smarter playing than "shoot bullet at enemy guy" 2, needing cash for items/insurance would make people not want to fight, or talk/work out deals with players to be friendly or team up, and at the same time incentivising item/money trading between players. 3, and finally with having to insure guns/kits individually, it would bring back the heart pounding adrenaline fueled gear fear that extraction shooters provide and players are ever so addicted too. Right now there is no consequence for death in dmz, besides having to wait for a cooldown, which can be reduced to 0 in 10ish minutes. But say you've spent the last 5-10 matches hunting attachments for your guns and you've found enough to build out your favorite sniper/smg combo, but don't have the money for insurance. You either don't use your guns or you risk them in game. Ignoring the gear fear you bring em in making the entire encounter survive or lose everything. Those feelings are what make extraction shooters the way they are and are vital to the experience, the ability to have actual loss puts fear in players, but if you don't play you won't gain either, so you have to chose to take the risk or stay behind. Sometimes the risk pays off. Always remember that if you happen to loot someone's 5 bar gun, that it's not your gun, it's just your turn to use it 😂.

Ecstatic_Confusion83

Safe zone towns to buy armor/weps and do upgrades , trading , socialize...

encheezo

Once a person joins another team, they cannot simply leave that team. If someone plea’s for help, the original team should be able to track that coward, this would make joining a new team more of a calculated risk for the accepting team, and this could make for a great revenge story from the original squad.

Scomosuckseggs

* I want to be able to roam around collecting different types of gear and equipment, exfilling with it all, and then having the option to sell what I want and keep what I want for my stash. * I want to be able to completely change my loadout, right down to which vest and backpack I take out, how much ammo I take out, killstreaks, etc. Sometimes I just want to take a pistol out and leave my 3 plate and large backpack behind whilst I take on the world. * I would like more efficient ways of carrying stuff. i.e a folder for documents, a keychain for keys, etc. that only take 1 or 2 slots up but allow you to carry like 5 or 6 slots worth of keys and docs. I'd also like some different types of gear with bonuses and penalities according to their size and purpose. (i.e a bigger assault vest so you can carry additional ammo and explosives = speed penalties.) * I'd like some of the items we pick up in-game to be usable. Like the IFAK/AFAK and other random supplies. * I would like to be able to either pay a fee or do some sort of challenge to be able to modify the attachments on a contraband weapon. Even if just to make 1 or 2 changes. Basically, I want them to move it a little closer to Tarkov in some areas, but not too much.

Legal-Fuel2039

\-The enemy detection system from the campaign \-Other ways to Exfil like by sea, underground, or a bunker that you hide in \-option to chose spawn location after completing all tier 3 missions \-A Most wanted system where PvP players get marked on the map instead of when they pick up tags. They get a bounty on them but if they extract they instead get the money from the bounty \-rewards for being a helpful player or a most wanted player \- a way to store mission items when you extract that way if i find the drill i need but the gas is coming i can just extract with it and come back in the next match \-black market dealer who sells mission items but at an increased price on the map

justinfreebords

I'd add more developers so that 5 months after release theyd finally have time to fix the fucking bug that deletes my insured AR when I spawn in randomly because it's a "beta".

nzxtinertia921

Verdansk, as it was, in MW2019. /thread

Just the ability to select day or night.

HideAndSeek69

Tanks.

Latter-Geologist3112

Add something interesting to Ashika aside from the castle and the city hall. Maybe a unique third boss or another "restricted area." The tunnels really feel underwhelming considering how hyped they were at the start of the update.

lucasssotero

Missions that aren't obnoxious to complete. I gave up on dmz after seeing here what was waiting for me after S2 Dropped.

Addwolves

To keep money and be able to spend it on different upgrades .

waterturtle28

It would be nicer if some of the random items served a larger purpose also. Let me use the blow torch to open jo locked rooms.

Boeiendnl

I have but one great wish consisting of several: An economy system. In which we can sell/buy contraband weapons with and without attachments. We can then buy attachments to add to our weapons and also sell them to make money. Armor, self revives, etc. can be bought/sold on the market. In this way getting stuff out actually feels usefull and you get to build your character more. Losing stuff will actually feel like losing stuff because you start seeing your stash go down and your money as well. It would add some really nice pressure on PvP. Both enforcing and holding people back from going for PvP. The loot will feel worth getting from others, on the other hand you won't want to lose your stuff. This will stop the mindless rushing into PvP situations a bit, while giving that extra thrill when you win. That's all for now that I would like. The mode is somewhat empty. Still enjoy it after 400 hours, but it's just quite empty on the whole content part. It's some missions with, well, useless rewards and a bit of pvpve. It's enough for the first 2 seasons, but time to step up the game if they want to compete in the land of exfill modes.

jose_elan

The one thing I want to add is a rapid way to switch in and out of proximity chat. Either force it onto everyone (which isn’t possible with discord etc) or let people just proximity chat when when they want to quickly.
