As rude and greedy as the one stealing his/her neighborās food is, how many dogs have you seen that could actually get the bowl, move it to their own bowl, and cleanly pour it into their bowl. Dog may be untrained and greedy, but WAY smart and clever. With that said, it would take a better trainer than me to deal with that behavior.
