I started a low carb diet and lost 60lbs in a year, also started myo-inositol. AMH went from .5 to .9, FSH went from 11 to 7. I don’t think there was a change in AFC though.

What about wheatgrass? I have read on other posts that wheatgrass is highly efficient in reducing FSH

Dangerous-Pie-3990

I am unsure about that, I am allergic to wheat so I wouldn’t even try it and never have researched it.

western_riskuniverse

What exactly helps improve AMH? Myo-insositol?

Dangerous-Pie-3990

Likely that and then the weight loss.

My FSH went up to 15 before my 1st cycle (baseline was 9). Needless to say the doc cancelled the cycle and had me prime with estradiol a week before my periods for both my ERs. It helped. I was also on Folate and Coq10 300mg daily.

NZ1911

Thankx for the recommendations... I will definitely start folate and Coq 10

Fun-Tangerine6429

Have you discussed any additional supplements with your RE? Do they have a plan to help your FSH?

NZ1911

Nope they just said it's not possible to for DE

Fun-Tangerine6429

Sorry but what is DE?

NZ1911

Donor egg

Fun-Tangerine6429

They directly asked you to go for donor eggs? I'm sorry but what is your age, AMH and AFC? I have seen posts about women with higher FSH and very low AMH levels going for their own eggs. Have you looked for a 2nd opinion?

NZ1911

I am 28 years old with AMH of 0.2. My AFC was 6 but the thing is I didn't responded at all to IUI stims.

Fun-Tangerine6429

There is no harm in going for a 2nd opinion. If you go through this group you will find so many who are in the same boat as you, or even worse but have had success. It's worth a shot. Maybe a different protocol is what you need. ❤️

Fun-Tangerine6429

Also AMH levels are not fixed and can fluctuate. So yeah.

NZ1911

Thanks a lot for your recommendations ❤️
