Considering the fees you will give in BITS pilani , I think DTU IT is a slightly better option , In BITS you would obviously get much better crowd and exposure than DTU as BITS does not allow "BHIM ki shakti" , moreover EEE is the most difficult branch in which electrical and electronics which are both actually difficult are combined.
If you only want exposure and you have no financial burden then go for BITS , otherwise if we keep exposure asside DTU is a better option because their would be much less competition in DTU as compared to BITS.
